Delivery of Letter to the Bangladesh Embassy in Amman to Demand the Immediate Release of Two Women Family Members of Hizb ut Tahrir in Bangladesh
On Tuesday morning, 11/4/2017, a delegation from the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Jordan hand delivered to the Embassy of Bangladesh in Amman a press release issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Bangladesh dated 5 Rajab 1438 AH 2/4/2017 CE. The press release showed the hostility of Sheikh Hasina’s regime to Islam and its advocators and its hatred of the Dawah carries of Hizb ut Tahrir and brutality in dealing with them. The press release also indicated the regime’s release of the hands of those who hate Islam from the police in suppressing and oppressing Muslims, the arrest those working to resume the Islamic way of life in the Khilafah (Caliphate) State on the method of the Prophethood, and the arrest of their families in hatred and spite to Islam and as a service and loyalty to the Kafir colonizer who openly declared enmity to Islam and Muslims and to their revival project on the basis of Islam. The delegation then read the press release which states the following:

After keeping her in prison for more than six months, the Jessore Police have once again shamelessly arrested Masuma Akther on 29th March (2017), from Jessore jail gate soon after she got out on bail! She was taken along with her younger brother, Tanjir Ahmed. The police unlawfully picked up Masuma first time from Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Court back on 28th August 2016, with her brother Tanzib Ahmed, who is an activist of Hizb ut Tahrir, whom she was accompanying to give his hazira (court attendance). The entire family of Masuma has been enduring endless torments by some Islam-hating thugs of Jessore police. These thugs had also detained Sumayatun Nessa Sumaya last year who is the wife of an activist of Hizb ut Tahrir after they failed to arrest him and she has been in prison for more than six months now.
After this hateful re-arrest of Masuma, the crooked police are now set to stage another drama to create media sensationalism. They telephoned her mother and demanded she would have to hold a press briefing and make a statement as per the police-provided write-up! O Allah! Do not grant these enemies of Yours any way to harm our beloved brothers and sisters.
O Jessore Police! Fear Allah! Repent, and immediately release Masuma Akhter, her brothers and Sumayatun Nessa before it is too late. Fear the plight and the dua of the oppressed, especially when it comes from the hearts of pious women, as there is no barrier between it and Allah Azza Wa Jal. Already you have put yourself in a dangerous position whereby you are at war with Allah, the Almighty. Indeed, Allah gives respite to the oppressors until their appointed time comes. And when your time comes, surely He (swt) would exact revenge on you for your transgression against His pious servants.
Abu Hurayrah, radiyAllahu ‘anhu, reported that the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam, said:
«إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَالَ مَنْ عَادَى لِي وَلِيًّا فَقَدْ آذَنْتُهُ بِالْحَرْبِ…»
