Without a care for the draconian meas  ures by the government, the brave shebaab of Hizb ut Tahrir held nationwide Khilafah rallies

A comprehensive program for the people of power to eject America, uproot the traitor rulers and establish Khilafah was issued

The lions of Hizb ut Tahrir fulfilled teir pledge to Allah SWT and the believers by standing firm against the traitor rulers. As per their announcement, the shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir took out rallies from Qurtuba Chawk Lahore, Regal Chowk Karachi, Qissa Khwani Bazaar Peshawar and Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi. The shabab knew beforehand that the traitor rulers would spare no force to stop them, but they performed the foremost Jihad of upholding the word of truth before the unjust rulers with unflinching vigor. The use of water cannons and baton charges did not deter the shabab one iota. There were sixteen arrests in Lahore, six in Karachi, five in Peshawar and one in Rawalpindi. The speakers delivered a call to Pakistan’s armed forces to eject America, uproot the traitor rulers and establish the Khilafah by giving Hizb ut Tahrir the Nussrah (Material Support).

In Rawalpindi the shabab outsmarted the police. They first drew away most of the assembled security forces with a small rally in Committee Chawk before initiating the announced rally in Liaqat Bagh. Then in front of the media, government thugs and hundreds of rally participants, Junaid Khan delivered a powerful speech. The Peshawar rally had moved on towards Yadgar Chawk when the police baton charged the peaceful protestors from behind, from Qissa Khwani Bazaar, and arrested five protestors. In Lahore, the rally moved from LSO Chowk, Ferozepur Road to Qurtuba Chawk where the police stormed the rally and mounted a severe baton charge, arresting sixteen participants. On this occasion, Hizb ut Tahrir issued a detailed declaration, a copy of which is attached to this press release, and announced that it would continue its struggle until Khilafah is established. Participants dispersed peacefully after the rallies.
