Since the occupation of the Jews over the Blessed Land of Palestine, they have pursued a policy of repression, murder, and humiliation against the people of Palestine, and their black history is full of hatred, animosity, and massacres which are all too known. They killed and imprisoned and tortured thousands and even tens of thousands. Women and children were not spared from the killing, detention, injury, destruction of homes and displacement. This is in addition to the loss of a husband, brother or father or children or all of them together.

During the recent events experienced in the Blessed Land of Palestine, the people of Palestine rose up, including the women, to defend and protect Al- Aqsa. Putting their lives in their hands, the sisters stationed (inside Al-Aqsa) worked unwaveringly to defend Al-Aqsa with steadfastness and strength despite all the means of repression they faced and attempts to remove them. The number of martyrs who have died by the bullets of the Jewish entity’s soldiers and their attacks since the beginning of October in the West Bank and Gaza so far is 54, including a number of women, girls and children, and the number of injured is more than 5500, either by live ammunition, rubber bullets, burns, inhalation of toxic gas or beatings by the occupation’s army and the settlers. This is apart from those detained which includes children. The number of children taken prisoner since the beginning of the month is 280, i.e. nearly 30% of the detainees. This is not to mention the horror and humiliation and abuse policy pursued by the occupation every day and everywhere.

Al-Aqsa Mosque for Muslims is not just stones and minarets but it is linked to their creed; it is their first Qibla and the place of ascension (Isra’) of their Prophet (saw), and defending it is a Shariah duty on all Muslims and not a patriotic or national duty. It is not limited to the people of Palestine, but it is an Islamic issue and its defense and liberation is the duty of the Muslim rulers and their armies. This uprising proved that the Islamic creed is strong, praise be to Allah, in the hearts of the Ummah and in the hearts of these young people many of whom did not exceed twenty years of age; and who the West and its collaborators tried to corrupt and keep them away from their creed by all means and methods.

Yes … The defense of Al-Aqsa and Palestine is purely an Islamic duty. It is achievable by uprooting the Jewish entity once and for all, and not through resorting to the international community and international organizations, and not to bring forces hostile to the Ummah with their hands stained with the blood of Muslims. It is not for this that the martyrs sacrificed their pure blood, and it is not for this that their mothers and their children were patient seeking the reward of Allah (swt). And where are these international organizations that claim to preserve the rights of women and children regarding what is happening in Palestine of tragedies and violations of human rights and the rights of women and children!

Where are the international agreements whose failed resolutions they do not call for application, except when it comes to fighting Islam and its rules. But now they are

(صُمٌّ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ فَهُمْ لاَ يَعْقِلُونَ)

“… deaf, dumb and blind, so they do not understand” [Al-Baqara: 171]

Furthermore, the role of the scholars is great and mighty, and the negligence and complacency in their duty is also great to Allah and His Messenger. How can they neglect the issues of the Ummah! Where are the scholars of Egypt, Iraq, Palestine, Jordan and Pakistan regarding what is happening in the Blessed Land and the place of ascension of the Messenger of Allah (saw)?! Where are the armies who have been kept from their true role in defending Islam and its sanctities and in meeting the distress calls of the women!? Instead they have been given fatwas of the necessity to fight against their fellow Muslims in the implementation of the schemes of the West and its agents?! Where are the scholars from directing them towards their duty to give the support to establish the second righteous Khilafah State on the method of the Prophethood, which they know is the Promise of Allah and His Messenger’s glad-tidings (saw)?!

In confirmation and clarification that the righteous Khilafah is the liberator of Al-Aqsa and protector of its women, the Women’s Section in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir will carry out a campaign to highlight the policy of oppression, humiliation, and cold-blooded murder executed by the Jewish entity. It will also highlight the sacrifices made by women, children and the young people of Palestine in light of this hateful occupation, which is the result of their strong Islamic creed, and it will illustrate the failures of the conventions and international organizations to protect the lives of these women and children. Furthermore, the campaign will seek to emphasize the duty of the scholars regarding the Blessed Land and the place of the Isra’ of the Messenger of Allah (saw), as well as the duty of the Muslim armies to move to defend it and its women by giving the support to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the second righteous Khilafah state on the method of the Prophethood, which is the only way to protect women and children and liberate the Blessed Land from the filth and abomination of the Jews. On the authority of Abi Umamah, he said:

«لا تزال طائفة من أمتي على الدين ظاهرين، لعدوهم قاهرين، لا يضرهم من خالفهم إلا ما أصابهم من لأواء، حتى يأتيهم أمر الله. وهم كذلك»، قالوا: يا رسول الله وأين هم؟ قال: «ببيت المقدس وأكناف بيت المقدس»

“There will always be a party from my Ummah triumphant upon the Truth, victorious over their enemies; there will be no harm from those who oppose them and they will not be harmed until the order of Allah comes and they will be like that [victorious].” They asked, Messenger of Allah! Where are they?’ He replied, “In Bayt al-Maqdis and the precincts of Bayt al-Maqdis’…” (Narrated by Ahmad and Tabarani)
