Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan: Congratulates the Islamic Ummah on Eid al-Fitr

Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan would like to congratulate the arrival of blissful Eid al-Fitr to the entire Islamic Ummah. We pray to Allah (swt) to accept our prayers and our worshiping. We also ask ALLAH (swt) to open doors of His Blessings and Mercy, Khair and Barakah, and Nusrah (Help) upon us on these blissful days.

The blissful Eid comes at a time when Muslims in Afghanistan and Pakistan are set to celebrate this Eid in the atmosphere of Nationalism and hostility, because America has put the two Muslim lands against each other over the so called Durand Border, named after its architect- a British spy in 19th Century CE.

The Muslim Ummah should not be deceived by such colonialist designs, and should not become means of implementation of US policies in the region. War over borders drawn up by Kuffar is in fact a drama that is executed by puppet rulers to ensure interests of USA in the region.

Our call to sincere Muslims of both lands and their armies is that they should embrace the political and intellectual struggle of Hizb ut Tahrir to liberate Islamic lands from Western influence and establish Khilafah Rashidah (Caliphate) on the methodology of Prophethood. It is in the existence of Khilafah that Ummah will regain its lost dignity and unity, and will celebrate days such as Eid in atmosphere of brotherhood.
