The Supposed Independence Represents the Most Dangerous Stages of the Colonisation

(Translated)

Within its campaign: “By the rope of Allah and not by the ropes of the colonialist” Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Tunisia held a press meet to explain its position towards two vital issues of the widespread discussion nowadays. The first issue relates to the Tunisian independence whilst the second issue relates to the events taking place that threaten the security of the land and its stability. Hizb ut Tahrir establishes that:

1. The independence of Tunisia is an artificial independence and represents a lie against the people and a fabrication of the true realities. That is because Tunisia, until this day, is ruled from afar or indeed from near, by the resemblance of rulers whom the colonialist have appointed to serve their interests. The colonial control and dominance is manifested clearly in every intellectual, legislative, political, security, economic and cultural aspect…
2. Tunisia represents a region of an international struggle between the major colonial powers; Europe with Britain at its head from one direction and America from the other.
3. The terrorist incidents come within the context of the international struggle to expand influence within North Africa and it represents a struggle upon the ground in Tunisia that has made the young men of Tunisia fuel for this expansion. And its objective is to demolish the forces of strength in Tunisia just like in the rest of all of the Islamic lands so that they remain hostage to the colonialist.
4. The events in Ben Qardan have confirmed that:
5. The criminal groups in Tunisia are negligible and insignificant and that the Tunisian men are capable of preventing them and indeed to completely put an end to them.
6. The Tunisian army is not in need of foreign colonial intervention to protect the land and its people.
7. That the government is two-faced. So on one occasion the President derides the Tunisian army whilst on another occasion the Tunisian army is portrayed as heroes… However, on every occasion, the government makes the colonialist the overseer over the army and security in terms of arming, training, supervision and implementation.
8. The colonialist through its intelligence agencies are seeking to manufacture terrorist incidents within Tunisia and then exploit them for the sake of increasing its penetration, control and plundering.

O Muslims in the land of Az-Zaytoona, the land of ‘Uqbah Bin Naafi’ and Taariq Bin Ziyaad:

Every day it is confirmed to us that the current government is a government of colonialism and that the time has come for the people of Tunisia and its forces to stand with us, together, in a stance taken by men, to uproot the colonialism, its plans and agents from out land completely.

And we in Hizb ut Tahrir have warned and continue to warn about the crime of dealing with the colonial states and we call to:

– That our sovereign decision making be real and not just speech as Allah Ta’Aala has prohibited subservience to the disbelievers. He Subhaanahu said:

وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللَّـهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلًا

“And never will Allah give the disbelievers over the believers a way over them” [An-Nisaa’: 141].

And He alerted to the crime of being held to ransom to the disbeliever (Kafir) when He Subhaanahu said:

الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّـهِ جَمِيعًا

“Those who take disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. Do they seek with them honour [through power]? But indeed, honour belongs to Allah entirely.” [An-Nisaa’: 139].

– The criminalising of having a relationship with the colonialist; its governments, organisations and intelligence or spy agencies. That is because we have not seen anything but suffering, unrest and instability as a result of dealing with them in addition to the indignation and humiliation that accompanies it. And we call to the removal of all of the embassies of the colonialist states because they are nests of spying and dens of conspiracy against the land and its security.

– The annulment of all oppressive and unjust treaties with the colonial states as they represent nothing more than repeated versions of the Treaty of Bardo 1881 and from these treaties, in particular, is the one that was convened in September 2015 between the Prime Minister and the British embassy, in addition to the treaty signed between the British embassy and the internal security ministry,

– The annulment of all of the oppressive contracts that have made our natural resources a source of plundering for the colonial companies and a source of monopoly for them.

These above measures are an urgent priority to stop the spilling of the Haraam blood, to remove the hand of the colonialist from our land and to cut his hand that meddles with our security and capabilities. As for the radical solution from the roots then it will occur:

– By casting out the origin of the calamity which is the capitalist system as a system of life, including its political thought which has made us a follower of the tails of other nations.

– By restoring Islam to the position of ruling so that we are able to completely liberate our land from the colonialism and its interests, and so that Tunisia can return to being part of the vast lands of Islam, at the head of the nations, as a leader, carrying goodness to the world whilst raising high the Rayah (banner) of Islam, the Rayah of Al’Uqaab, the Rayah of the Messenger of Allah (saw). That is so that the manufactured borders of the nation states established in the Muslims lands can be struck down and so that its flesh can be restored into a single global ideological state; the rightly guided Khilafah State upon the methodology of the Prophethood. The State that will deal decisively with the intellectual, political, economic and military influence of the western disbeliever, and resume that which the Messenger (saw) began in terms of carrying Islam as a message of guidance and light to the world via Da’wah and Jihad, to take mankind out of the darknesses of capitalism and the injustice of its colonialism and into the light of Islam and its justice and mercy.

﴿وَاللَّـهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَىٰ أَمْرِهِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ﴾

“And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know” [Yusuf: 21].
