Women of Hizbut Tahrir / Malaysia are to Hold an Important Women’s Conference:
“Save Women and Children with the Implementation of Shariah under the Khilafah State!”

The Women of Hizbut Tahrir / Malaysia in collaboration with Khilafah Centre will hold an important Women’s Conference on Sunday May 4th entitled, ‘Save Women and Children with the Implementation of Shariah under the Khilafah State’. The main objective of this conference is to create awareness and spread an understanding amongst Muslims, particularly among women, from the suffering endured by people not only in Malaysia but across the whole world as a result of the implementation of the capitalist system upon various states.

Crimes against women and children (such as rape, abuse, and murder) and the collapse of the family institution are rising and becoming unstoppable. In addition, the rising cost of living standards which is a burden on the community and that has forced women to go out and work is a result of the adoption of the capitalist economic system. The suffering due to the effects of applying the damaging democratic – capitalist system is not only felt in Malaysia and Indonesia, but also by the entire Muslim community in Muslim countries.

The corruption of the capitalist and democratic system, which has been implemented since decades ago, is clear for all to see with an unmistakable vision. It is time that we as Muslims return to the comprehensive Islamic teachings, which will definitely bring blessings to the whole world. It is time for us to change the non-Islamic systems in our lands that have shackled us for so long. Therefore, this Women’s Conference that will bring together panelists from Malaysia and Indonesia to present the solutions that the implementation of the Shariah and Khilafah will provide for all types of problems.

This conference is the highlight of the ‘Rise of the Caliphate Campaign’ that has been running since February 2014 throughout Malaysia. It is estimated that more than 400 participants from Malaysia and Indonesia are to attend.

The Conference will be held at the Kuala Lumpur International Hotel, 76 Lorong Haji Hussein 2, Off Jalan Raja Muda Aziz, Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, 4th  of  May, 2014, 5th Rajab 1435 AH starting from 8.30 am until 1:00 pm (local time).

The conference will also be live-streamed and can be viewed at the following website www.mykhilafah.com.

The return of the Khilafah is a promise from Allah Almighty conveyed to the believers through the glad tidings of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) who said,
«ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»
“Then, there will be a Khilafah that follows the guidance of Prophethood.” [Narrated by Ahmad]

Furthermore, Allah (swt) promised to be with those who help the religion of Allah (swt) and success will for sure be in the hands of the Muslims as Allah (swt) said,
﴿إِن يَنصُرۡكُمُ ٱللَّهُ فَلَا غَالِبَ لَكُمۡ‌ۖ وَإِن يَخۡذُلۡكُمۡ فَمَن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَنصُرُكُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ‌ۗ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ﴾
“If Allah helps you, then there is none who can overcome you. If He forsakes you, then who else is there other than Him who can help you? Therefore, in Allah let the believers put their trust.” [TMQ Al-Imran: 160]
