Police in Kyrgyzstan announced that five women from Hizb ut Tahrir were arrested in the city of Bishkek on 3/3/2015, and some media reported that Ms. Yurolay bint Rukhmunjan was arrested on 11/3/2015 in the city of Osh. She is a 22-year-old mother of two, and was detained with her infant son, aged 3 months. She was arrested on the pretext of possession of illegal items, which are about 13 books and 23 CDs. Then on 19/3/2015, police announced the arrest of women members of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Bishkek area.

The regime has launched a fierce campaign targeting obedient Muslim women and arrests them on flimsy, false charges, that they possess illegal material. What is it about such material that brings fear of isolated women possessing them and poses a threat to the state’s security? Is there anything about Islamic books and CDs that brings doubt or fear to Muslims? Do the police not feel ashamed of boasting about arresting chaste women? By Allah, it is a shameful stain on the forehead of the ones assigned to maintain security and protect the people who will be constantly reminded by it by the faithful honorable ones of this Ummah and which the Khaleefah will hold them accountable for, avenging every free Muslimah who was tortured and oppressed, and taking revenge for every baby terrorised under governments that are haughty upon women.

We face a state that terrorises its citizens under the loose subject of so-called counter-terrorism; a state that terrorises women instead of protecting them, instilling fear into them instead of calming them; a state that has become blinded by its venom against the Da’wah Carriers and its fortification of governance, so it jailed the baby and made him cry instead of caring for him and protecting him from harm. Here he is, a three month old baby, languishing with his young mother Bourulay in a dark prison on charges of possessing books and CDs that nourish the mind of the Muslimah, strengthen her disposition and help her with obeying her Lord. They insist on imprisoning her despite this being a violation of Article 299 of their Criminal law, which stipulates that citizens be punished if they kept in their home things related to terrorism or if they published them. They outwit their man-made laws and manipulate the affairs of the people rather than looking after them.

In this country that claims to be an alleged democracy and holds false illusionary freedoms, Hizb ut Tahrir is still prohibited and called a terrorist organization, while it is known for the young and old that it is a party that does not adopt a material (military) work, following the example of the Seerah of our Prophet AlMustafa the best and purest of blessings and peace upon him, in his method to establish an Islamic State. This media and judicial war against the Da’wah Carriers in Kyrgyzstan is a pure lie, fabrication and slander, and despite the official party statements about its way of political work and that it does not adopt material work, they are still fighting the party to limit its impact and be able to pass their destructive plots and plans. They fight terrorism by consolidating the philosophy of terrorism and fear, and by spreading injustice, as proven by the statement of the Minister of Interior, “Meles Torganbayev” at a news conference on 11/3/2015, who intended to expand the ranks of the police exponentially, spreading panic among the people, trying to convince the people of the danger of Islamic forces, which is compounded by the day. Their plots will turn against them ﴿وَلَا يَحِيقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِه﴾ “Yet [in the end,] such evil scheming will engulf none but its authors” [Fatir: 43].
﴿إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَذَكَرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَانْتَصَرُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا ظُلِمُوا ۗ وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ﴾

“Except those who believe, work righteousness, engage much in the remembrance of Allah, and defend themselves only after they are unjustly attacked. And soon will the unjust assailants know what vicissitudes their affairs will take” [Ash-Shuara: 227].
