About the Arrest of Student Rahma al-Swaisi

After the arrest of the 19 year old girl Rahma al-Swaisi, a seventh-year secondary school student from the Kerkennah Islands, and putting her under arrest, with no offense except postings on Facebook containing revilement of colonialism; the arrest of Rahma confirms only one thing, a lie of human rights that do not exceed the class of secularists, whereas those who are against colonialism they fall within the law of (terrorism). The arrest of Rahma is a proof of the injustice against women and the lie of what they brag about of their protection and equality. We in the Women’s Section of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Tunisia consider that such a matter is a dangerous precedent in the abuse of honors and sanctities and it is not an insignificant matter, and that the attempts of Authority in overturning the revolution to satisfy the colonizers are doomed to failure, with the permission of Allah.
