The persecution against Muslims in Bashkiria still persists. On the of 16/4/2015 Karimov Almaz born in 1986, and Mostajev Ayrat born in 1988, and Bayswakov Wiliyor born in 1982, and Zinleen Rustam born in 1984, were arrested. They were charged with the membership of Hizb ut Tahrir. That is under the Article 205 Section 5 of the Russian Federation criminal code which is under the “the work of a terrorist organization” and the maximum punishment that awaits them is a life sentence.

We remind you that in the beginning of February this year in the city of Ufa, 24 Muslim were arrested according to similar articles in the Russian penal code, which made the number of detainees in Bashkiria on charges of participating in the activities of Hizb ut Tahrir in the dozens.

We once again declare that the persecution against the members of Hizb ut Tahrir is caused by the authorities’ fear of the revival of Islam. Hizb ut Tahrir is a global political Islamic party, it does not use material means to reach its objectives, and this is a well known fact around the world.

The hostile policy against Islam pursued by the Russian government, is in our view nothing but a test of the Islamic Ummah, which hit the whole world since its Khilafah was destroyed.

At every glimmer of hope in the dawn of the righteous Khilafah, you will find the Kuffar increasing their persecution against the ideological Dawah carrier. They work on minimizing the Islamic influence in 20 million Russian Muslims. The government hopes to cut the relationship between the Russian Muslims and the Islamic Ummah of two billion Muslims, and the great power and vast future.

Therefore you see the security services make up lawsuits against the Muslim activities, and every year increase the innovation in means in the diversity of legal materials and use the physical force and psychological torture in their war.

Allah Almighty said,وَمَا نَقَمُوا مِنْهُمْ إِلَّا أَنْ يُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ “And they did not take vengeance on them for aught except that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Praised” [al-Buruj: 8]. The Messenger of Allah (saw) was asked who were the most tested, he said, «الأَنْبِيَاءُ ثُمَّ الأَمْثَلُ فَالأَمْثَلُ؛ فَيُبْتَلَى الرَّجُلُ عَلَى حَسَبِ دِينِهِ؛ فَإِنْ كَانَ دِينُهُ صُلْبًا اشْتَدَّ بَلاَؤُهُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ فِي دِينِهِ رِقَّةٌ ابْتُلِيَ عَلَى حَسَبِ دِينِهِ، فَمَا يَبْرَحُ الْبَلاَءُ بِالْعَبْدِ حَتَّى يَتْرُكَهُ يَمْشِي عَلَى الأَرْضِ مَا عَلَيْهِ خَطِيئَةٌ‏». “O Messenger of Allah, which people are most severely tested?’ He said: ‘The Prophets, then the next best and the next best. A person is tested according to his religious commitment. If he is steadfast in his religious commitment, he will be tested more severely, and if he is frail in his religious commitment, his test will be according to his commitment. Trials will continue to afflict a person until they leave him walking on the earth with no sin on him.’” [Narrated by al-Tirmithi and ibn Majah]

As for the criminals, who are creating the lawsuit against Muslims, and the madness and making them and their families are suffering, their fate unknown. Allah Almighty said:إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ. “Surely (as for) those who persecute the believing men and the believing women, then do not repent, they shall have the chastisement of hell, and they shall have the chastisement of burning.” [al-Buruj: 10]
