Meet with the Chief Editor of the Saihah Newspaper

On Thursday the 12th of Sha’ban 1437 AH, corresponding to 19/05/2016 CE a delegation from Hizb ut Tahir in the Wilayah of Sudan, headed by Suleiman Ad-Dais, member of the Wilayah Council accompanied by Abdul-Azheem Isa and Muhammad At-Tayyeb, who are members of the Hizb, met with Ustaadh An-Nur Ahmad An-Nur, chief editor of the Saihah Newspaper.
Brother Ad-Dais spoke of the initiative in the discussion, shedding light upon the huge amount of work that Hizb ut Tahir has carried out during the last four months despite not having found their share of published coverage within the media and news outlets, including the Saihah Newspaper. Indeed, the activities have been met with a strong obscuring by the media and news outlets. In addition, he explained that what Hizb ut Tahir undertakes in terms of the Da’wah for the resumption of the Islamic life via the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood, is a work that is obligatory upon every Muslim, including journalists. And he explained that the task and role of journalists dictates and requires sacrifice in order to make the truths reach the people irrespective of the consequences and circumstances.
Then the Editor in Chief Ustaadh An-Nur Ahmad spoke, welcoming the delegation and grateful for and reassured from what was presented by the delegation whilst returning the matter of non-publication to the monitoring of the security and the evaluations of the media and journalistic departments.
