It was prepared and finessed in the United States Institute of Peace, and the dialogue was continued through the two American delegates who sought to the inspection of all of the Dialogue’s committees, after they had finished their work. The Dialogue comes in its present state, so that it can be said that it is the demand of the Sudanese people, this happens when the political force is engaged in it.
