Delegation of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Lebanon in Congratulations of the Martyr Engineer Mohamed Zouari

(Translated)

A delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Lebanon in the southern region joined their brothers in the Hamas movement of the Saida region in respect to passing congratulations in respect to the martyrdom of the Qassem leader, the aeronautical engineer Mohamed Zouari, whom the treacherous hand assassinated in the land of Tunisia. The martyr was known to be a developer of drone aircraft which were known as “The Ababil Qassem Planes” and which played a role in the al-‘Asaf Ma’kool war of 2014 or known as the Operation Protective Edge.

The delegation was represented by the brothers Al-Hajj Hasan Nahas, member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Lebanon, Engineer Bilal Zaidan, member of the Hizb Central Communications Committee, and Al-Hajj ‘Ali Aslaan, the head of the activities committee in the ‘Ain Halwah camp.

Al-Hajj Hasan Nahas gave the delegation’s speech on behalf of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Lebanon, the text of which was:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

All praise belongs to Allah and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad, whom Allah sent with Islam as a Deen, and so it gathered together Abu Bakr the Arab, Bilal the Abyssinian, Suhaib the Roman, Salman the Persian, Sa’d Ibn Mu’aadh from the ‘Aws and As’ad Ibn Zuraarah of the Khazraj. They were all slaves to Allah and brothers who had been brought together by Islam that Allah chose for His slaves of the life of this world, regardless of the disparity and difference of races.

All of those titles disappeared so that they became the Muhajiroon and the Ansaar, indeed Muslims and brothers. They fought in one row, as one firmly joined structure, and upon the basis of Islam and no other basis … That Islam which removed all of those barriers … That was until the disbeliever colonialist came to draw out artificial borders and then there was the Lebanese, the Palestinian, Syrian, Egyptian, Tunisian and Moroccan and others. And they appointed at the head of these cartoon states rulers who were devoted to the division of the Ummah and diminishing its issues …

So after Palestine was an issue of the Muslims they diminished it until it came a Palestinian issue and an issue of refugees. However, this was restricted to the rulers, regimes and their masters in the West alone, those who spent huge amounts of wealth for this division … However, Allah and His speech Subhaanahu is greater to this Ummah than the speech of these regimes:

﴿إِنَّ هَٰذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَأَنَا رَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُونِ﴾

“Verily, this Ummah of yours is one Ummah and I am your Lord, so worship Me” [Al-Anbiyaa’: 92].

And here we have a live example before our eyes, from green Tunisia, from the land that brought the revolutions of the Ummah back to life, from the land that the colonialist disbeliever divided making it Asia and Africa, from this land there came a martyr, Mohamed Zouari, to work for the issue of the Muslims, Palestine, developing the capabilities for Al-Jihad to confront the Jews. Why did he do that? Was it because he was Tunisian or because he was Palestinian? No, but it was because he was Muslim and was motivated by his Deen and his concern for the land of the Muslims which had been usurped. He fought at a time when some of the sons of Palestine were feeble and benign before the Jews.

This live example and the examples of today of Muslims going to fight in Afghanistan, then Chechnya, followed by Bosnia, Iraq and Syria. Muslims went forth and not as Afghans, Syrians and Iraqis, to fight those who aggressed against Muslim lands without giving any consideration to the borders or races and origins. This represents the most striking example that we are one Ummah to the exclusion of mankind, Muslims brought together by our Deen and not our nationalism. Our identity is the Qur’an and the Sunnah and not our identity card or passport … And tomorrow which is near by Allah’s permission, the heroics of these strangers will be written in the pages of the Islamic state, the rightly guided Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood …

So glad tidings for those strangers, the Nuzzaa’ Al-Qabaa’il as the Messenger (saw) described them, from different nations, those who with their pure blood put right what the rulers and their masters corrupted. Those who then restored the unity of the Muslims in spite of the plots of the rulers and colonialists … Woe upon those for what they did and their efforts to divide the Muslims. And Allah said the truth:

﴿إِنَّ هَٰذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً﴾

“Verily, this Ummah of yours is one Ummah” [Al-Anbiyaa’: 92].

And we, when we congratulate the martyrdom of a man from the men of this Ummah, we ask Allah to honour our Deen and those working for it, so that the Muslims have a state, that liberates their occupied and usurped lands, preserves and protects them and adopts the capabilities of the Ummah, the best Ummah to be raised up for mankind, and that is not a difficult matter for Allah.
