Do You Sentence Men for Saying that Our Lord is Allah?!

Eight members from Hizb ut Tahrir in Tunisia will be presented on Thursday 22/10/2015 in front of the judge to stand trial for the allegation of “Direct Incitement of the unarmed crowd by giving speeches publically…”. The details of this event date back to 22/01/2014 when the men of goodwill spoke aloud and gave a speech to clarify to the people the reality of the constitution which was planned to be authorized at that time, and they invited the people to commit to the Sharia of Allah (swt) and leaving anything other than that. Consequently, they were led to the security area, were interrogated for a report, and were then released, but revealing later that the report was sent to the Jurisdiction and later were sentenced in absentia to six months of prison without their knowledge!

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Tunisia condemn the apprehension of the members of the Hizb under the allegation of inviting people to Islam and calling for the ruling with the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Prophet (saw). We also condemn the transfer of the apprehension report secretly to the court as if the members have done an allegation that the law punishes! Also, we condemn the court’s acceptance of the report and looking into the “case”, since how could the protective Shabab of their Deen and calling for the implementation of the Sharia of Allah (swt) in the country and amongst the people get arrested, by which this Deen is the one that The Lord of the Servants (swt) has favored for His creations and says:

(أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ)

“Should not He Who has created know? And He is the Most Kind and Courteous (to His slaves) All-Aware (of everything).” [Al-Mulk: 14],

and how the truthful Da’wah carriers are treated like “criminals”?! Has the ousted regime got out of the door only to come back in again through the window, persecuting those working for the revival of this Ummah with what it has been revived the first time, by the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Prophet (saw)?!

The calling to establish the Khilafah Rashidah state upon the method of Prophethood which the members of Hizb ut Tahrir call for is the call for Haq (Truth), and it is an honor to all those carrying it. And it is an obligation upon each and every Muslim to carry it and sacrifice for it with whatever is precious and valuable. Also, the invitation to establish the Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood in the country of U’qba bin Nafi’ is an honor for Tunisia and the Tunisian people, therefore they shouldn’t be hostile and they shouldn’t sentence the callers for this great honor except for every person seeking to harm this Ummah, from the allies of the West and their collaborators in their new crusade campaigns against the returning of the Ummah to its previous glorious state under the shade of the Khilafah ruling with the true Sharia of Allah (swt).

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Tunisia also assert that persecuting the members of the Hizb and plotting against them in various abhorred ways do not increase our members except in persistence to engage in the arena of the political life upon the Islamic ideology without any sort of compromises. Also it will not push us away from inviting the Tunisian people and advising them and exposing the conspiracies done against them until Allah (swt) blesses us with the establishment of the Khilafah state upon the method of Prophethood in Tunisia. Therefore, we invite all of the sincere people in this good country to work with Hizb ut Tahrir and support it in order to establish the Khilafah in Tunisia before others working for it in various countries in the Muslim world races us to this goodness, as the dawn of the Khilafah state upon the method of Prophethood can be seen from the horizon. Only the wise one will be that who surpasses others in pleasing Allah (swt) and saving the Muslim Ummah from the domination of the Kuffar colonizing us, and that will only be by establishing the Khilafah Rashidah upon the method of Prophethood:

(يَا قَوْمَنَا أَجِيبُوا دَاعِيَ اللَّهِ وَآمِنُوا بِهِ يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ مِنْ ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُجِرْكُمْ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ)

﴾“O our people! Respond (with obedience) to Allah’s Caller (i.e. Allah’s Messenger Muhammad SAW), and believe in him (i.e. believe in that which Muhammad SAW has brought from Allah and follow him). He (Allah) will forgive you of your sins, and will save you from a painful torment (i.e. Hell-fire).” [Al-Ahqaf: 31]
