Fixed by the Establishment of the Law of Allah Among the People and Not by Empty Rhetoric!!

President Al-Bashir said that women’s fashion has become a threat to the society of becoming loose, and directed to manufacture modest clothes, criticizing women’s scandalous fashion! Saying that women’s fashion has become an obsession and concern for the Sudanese families, and he directed textile factories to take a greater role in promoting public taste … This came when he addressed the opening ceremony of the new building of Sur Factory for military clothes in the industrial area in Bhari, on Sunday morning, 08/01/2017.

This talk would have been acceptable if it came from a preacher who stirs people’s emotions, or a broadcaster who presents a program and enthralls people with his style, or a schoolteacher who explains to his students, or an Imam of a mosque who depicts a reality to the people and despair over the loss of morals and values. But to be the speech of a president and the governor, who knows the cause of the disease and the scourge and not ordering to eradicate and prevent it, this is what is not acceptable!

It is not acceptable from the President to speak in his capacity as a president about something so serious, threatening the morals of the people, and leads the society to slip away, then do not take the legal action; because in origin the ruler should be a shepherd, and the shepherd implements, and does not give statements then he shuts up, nor does he cry on neglecting things that are obligatory on him which he will be asked about them on the Day of Resurrection. it is undisputed that the president in his hand to order today and the people would not be delayed in obedience, if he was keen to apply the legitimate rule. But in fact, this is not a priority of this regime, and not one of the priorities of his government; a regime in which its head calls for a democratic modern state; Where Bashir told the parliament on Monday, 3/10/2016, saying: “Dialogue is a project to build a modern democratic state”. So, people should not forget that the dialogue, which is focused on the issue of personal freedom, is only America’s dictates, as we have repeatedly explained. And it is understood that freedom, when it is launched in the West, is not intended against slavery only, but it is a Western idea means that man is liberated from all limitations and not abide by the Islamic rulings. Perhaps what we see from the degeneration of moral, and immorality, and dissolution, is only a natural product of the so-called personal freedom. No one would argue anyone in what personal freedom has brought to the people in the West, the worst of the worst, and the reality obviates the question.

Islam had resolved the issue of the Islamic Shari’ dress and extensive details of it are gave in the Islamic jurisprudence. Verses and hadiths came to indicate this important matter. Allah (swt) says:

﴿قُلْ لِلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبِهِنَّ﴾

“And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and protect their private parts. They should not show their Zeenah (charms) in public beyond what may (decently) be apparent thereof; hence let them draw their head-coverings (khumur) over their necks and juyub.” [An-Noor: 31]

And He says:

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُلْ لأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلابِيبِهِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَنْ يُعْرَفْنَ فَلا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا﴾

“O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments (Jalabeeb). That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” [Al-Ahzab: 59].

In addition, it was narrated from Aisha (r.a.) she said that the Prophet (saw) said:

«إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ الْمَحِيضَ لَا يَصْلُحُ أَنْ يُرَى مِنْهَا إِلَّا هَذَا وَهَذَا»

 “When a young girl begins to menstruate, it is not correct that anything should be seen of her except this and that”, and he pointed to his face and hands. (Al-Adab by Al-Buhaiqi)

So, the president should be serious in his words, comply with the application of Islam and the establishment of the Khilafah, and he is capable of that, for he will be aided to that by men whom neither commerce nor sale distract them from the remembrance of Allah, do not fear for the sake of Allah (swt) the blame of anyone, and work day and night to establish the rule of Allah and its application among people; seeking the pleasure of Allah, the One and the Only One, for a decent living in this world, and the greatest pleasure (Ridwan) of Allah in the Hereafter. This is what Hizb ut Tahrir advocates; the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood, which is the rule of Allah and His promise, and the glad tiding of His Messenger, peace be upon him. It is by it society’s behavior will be disciplined, and the morality of servants elevate. Because the Islamic state oversees the morals of the people and protects them, so it works to spread the ideas and rulings of Islam, to affect their concepts, and to excel them from high to higher; because human concepts defined by his behavior. So, let’s discard democracy and its stinking ideas, like the freedom and the like, and head towards the Khilafah system, the outstanding in everything; in legislation and implementation, and in the treatment of crisis, so as to please the Lord of the Heavens.
