Who is better in Judgment Apart from Allah for People of Conviction?
The International Criminal Court (ICC) has finally removed all the criminal charges against the Deputy President of Kenya, William Samoe Ruto and the radio presenter Joshua arap Sang. The two are among six who were initially accused of crime against humanity that included President Uhuru Kenyatta, whose charges were eventually dropped earlier on. This decision was received with unanimous approval from almost all the political fraternities in Kenya while the victims of the 2007 general elections mass killings were left flabbergasted by the verdict. Owing to this, the Islamic political party Hizb ut Tahrir Kenya would like to sincerely mention the following:
This resolution, has apparently demonstrated that the ICC but actually all the courts that currently exist, are so impuissant in the pursuit of cases against genocide and other iniquities. The evidence for this can be unequivocally proven by the feeble act taken by the ICC for relying on human rights organizations in gathering vital information! The activists of these organizations are prone to be influenced by the pressure from the political figures.
It is quite visible that ICC is not a strong court to pursue justice; rather it is a political tool which is manipulated to achieve political objectives. In the African continent including Kenya, the ICC is used by the West, who is its greatest donors to maintain neo-colonialism in an endeavor, to curb its colonial rival – America. The western imperialists are the ones who decide for the ICC which leader to take to the court or who to release, as long as by doing that will eventually guarantee the safeguard of their selfish interests. Not only this. Western imperialists in their quest to consolidate and maintain their strong political grip on the rulers of the developing countries, deploy heinous means like political assassination to materialize their objectives. History blankly reveals how various political leaders from different countries succumbed to horrendous political assassination.
Indeed, the killings that occur after many democratic elections, clearly demonstrate the quiddity of the democratic politicians that they don’t care to shed blood or kill innocent people just to retain their political portfolios. Quite a number of innocent lives have been lost during these elections here in Africa. In the Islamic world, the western states have been launching relentless mass killings under the guise of safeguarding Democracy.
It is now high for the Kenyan society to perceive the imminent jeopardy posed by the western capitalist ideology and its Democracy ruling system and how their courts meddle with peoples’ lives and even endanger them. In order to shun all these abominable inequities, the only way forward is to quit absolutely this horrendous ideology and resort to surrogate sublime one which is none but Islam with its courts pregnant with justice regardless of whether the culprit is rich, their social class or prestige. All this will be conducted under its ruling system Khilafah (caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood. Who is better in judgment other Allah Almighty for people of intelligence?
