For how long, O Muslims will you remain silent over the criminality of these rulers and their complicity with colonialist states in disappointing your people and your brothers in Ash-Sham? Do you not see the conspiring crusader in broad daylight against your brothers and people in Ash-Sham the house of Islam?
O military leaders in Muslim countries, are you not part of this Ummah that you pledged to defend it against its enemies, will you not answer the call of Allah who invites you for that which pleases your Lord and gives you the glory in both realms and join those who work to establish the Khilafah on the method of Prophethood, which is the glad-tiding of the servant and Messenger (saw) of Allah.
