Minister of Justice Identifies with the Disbelievers for the Sake of Changing the Lord of the World’s Laws

(Translated)

Some of the newspapers issued in the morning of Thursday reported an utterance from the Minister of Justice – Awd Al-Hasan Al-Noor, in which he said, “There are some Sudanese laws that are contradictory to the Islamic Sharia (law) and International conventions, for example the paragraphs concerning apostasy and stoning and it remains a blockage”. He questioned, “Can we judge apostasy and throw stones at people in this age? And if the punishment indicated for stoning is execution, then why don’t we execute by hanging?!

The judgement of apostasy and the stoning of the married adulterer are sharii laws so they cannot contradict with the Islamic Law as the Minister misleadingly indicated while inclining towards the International conventions; which are his true destination. We agree with the Minister that most laws, besides some few concerning hudud (punishments) and personal matters, do not have any connection to Islam because the constitution is not based on Islam’s fundament nor are the political and economical regime or others.

They wish for the uglification of all the laws whether there is a vagueness of Islam in them or if they were sharii laws concerning punishment. They wish to make all comply with the International kufr laws to please the colonizing unbelieving West, and we remind you that what they are asking for is the secularization of the country in an explicit way and to erase all that is Islamic – even if it is only sheer slogans.

We are now witnessing the first steps of implementing the International malicious kufr laws through the doubtfulness in the laws that are necessary in the deen, created by the Minister of Justice. The law of apostasy is firmly established in a sahih hadith, Allah’s Prophet (saw) said: «من بدل دينه فاقتلوه»  Whoever changes his deen, kill him”. Concerning the stoning of the married adulterer, it was established trough the actions of the Prophet (saw) who stoned a goat-keeper, Al-Ghamidiyah and a Jew that committed adultery.

As for the issue of stoning, this is also a Sharia law that has nothing to do with a time period past or present and no one knows the hikmah (wisdom) behind it. The Prophet (saw) ordered that the apostate be killed and not stoned, and he ordered that the one who works for the sake of disuniting the Muslims be struck with the sword. He (saw) said,

«من أتاكم وأمركم جميعا على قلب رجل واحد يريد أن يشق عصاكم أو يفرق جماعتكم فاقتلوه»

“Whoever comes and orders you to overthrow one man, he is trying to split your stick or to separate your group – then kill him”.

Even though the striking with the sword is killing and stoning also is killing, we are not allowed to choose the method after the Prophet (saw) has chosen it, he ordered that the married adulterer should be stoned, Allah Almighty says:

وَمَا كانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْراً أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ

“It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error.” [Al-Ahzab: 36]

We warn the Minister of Justice and his oppressive regime from the outcome of the replacement of Islam’s laws with the Western Kafir systems. It is a duty upon them and all Muslims in this country to work for the implementation of all the laws of Islam – in the government, politics and economy, punishment and transactions, implemented on the ground in the form of an Islamic State – the Khilafah state (Caliphate) on the methodology of the Prophethood.
