We will continue our Political Struggle despite the Plots and Conspiracies

Hizb ut Tahrir in Tunisia announced its organization of a series of activities that will conclude with a conference at the Conference Palace in the capital on Saturday, 4/6/2016; but the government and its agencies began to harass the actions of the members of the non-violent political party, in an attempt to disrupt the party’s activities, sometimes reaching the point of prevention and repression. Every time the political police prevented our members from the distribution of leaflets and would take them to police stations and then they are referred to the courts, to disrupt the work of the party. However the investigating judges release the members and dismiss the cases, because they have no standing by law, yet the political police repeat the same thing in different parts of the country until they began tearing up the party’s propaganda posters in broad daylight shamelessly, even without heed to their own law that they uphold.
Despite the encroachment of the political police on us and on our political activities every day, the party informed, on Monday 23/5/ 2016, the security authorities that they intend to organize the annual conference at the Conference Palace in the capital on Saturday 4/6/2016 according to the current followed administrative and legal arrangements, but the political police in Bab Bahar area sent on 28/5/ 2016 in an odd manner (by a notary) (after the expiration of statutory deadlines that makes it imperative for the security authorities to respond in no more than three days in the case of rejection of the event), they sent to inform us their rejection of holding the Khilafah Conference “due to what the conference can cause of disturbance to the public security,” as stated in the correspondence.
The political police of the Tunisian government stomps on its government’s law to go beyond the legal time limits, and assumes hypothetically and imagines that our conference “can” (just like that) disturb public security, as if calling people to Islam and to resume the Islamic way of life and the call to save the world by the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood disturbs the public security!! But hosting of the criminals of the Zionist Jewish entity that prevents Muslims from praying in Jerusalem is not seen by the government and its political police as a disturbance to public security!! Indeed, the government and its political police provide them with security to the point that led a Jewish rabbi to pay “tribute” to the political police. Moreover, the government and political police are paving the way and laying the carpets for each conspirator against the security of Tunisia: by hosting conferences organized by Western intelligence and suspicious foreign associations in Tunisia every day but they fail to see that they disturb the public security.
أَلاَ سَاء مَا يَحْكُمُونَ

How can they? Since the government has handed over the Ministry of Interior to the British Embassy in the framework of the activity of the strategic planning units of the Tunisian Ministry of Interior, with its program written down by Britain under the name of “Skills on strategic planning program”; to create a political police itself.
We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Tunisia reject this ban and the guardianship on our political work by a Government that is constantly seeking to surrender the country for colonialists in all its decisions and actions, and we reject this ban by the political police that is under the orders of the British Embassy, and we emphasize the following:
The legality of our work is derived from Islam alone, that obliged us to carry it and call for it, and for political struggle against the traitors and criminals, and we do not derive it from the authority that is a subordinate to the colonialists, that destroyed the country and the people. Although their law gives us the right to hold our conference.
Your tyranny and oppression by attempts to pressurize and ban, will not stop us from holding the Khilafah Conference – by the Grace of Allah and His Might – on Saturday 4/6/ 2016, whether in the conference hall or in fields and squares. We are marching forward in the way of the establishment of the Khilafah, which would cut off the hands of the Kaffir colonialists: America, Britain and France and their agents, and which will bring good to the Muslims and all mankind. If you think that with your actions you will come in between us and the people you are deluded, the streets, squares and mosques will be our platforms, where we will interact with them and call them and lead them and march with them to establish the Khilafah on the method of Prophethood.
We warn the government and its political police of the consequences of their actions and their aggression on the Deen of Allah, and say to them that the good fate will be of the righteous, and aggression is on the oppressors, and that they should learn from the previous oppressors and tyrants, Pharaoh and Qaroon are an example for you, and Ben Ali and before him Bourguiba are a lesson for you. And that the dawn of Islam is fast approaching, Allah will give victory to those who supported Him. Allah is Mighty and Strong, Allah (swt) says:
إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ * يَوْمَ لَا يَنْفَعُ الظَّالِمِينَ مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ وَلَهُمُ اللَّعْنَةُ وَلَهُمْ سُوءُ الدَّارِ
“Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand * The Day their excuse will not benefit the wrongdoers, and they will have the curse, and they will have the worst home” [Ghafir: 51-52]
