Speech of the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan at the Press Conference Held by the Party in Khartoum titled:
“The Arbitrary Actions in the Face of Carrying Dawah through a Peaceful Method”

On Friday, 11/11/2016, Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Sudan distributed a leaflet entitled: “Fuel and Electricity Price Hike, A Combination of Insolence and Subordination that Brings Miserable Living”, which was carried out in the Masajid after Jumah prayers; in a sophisticated manner; where the party exercised the right to peaceful expression. But the government apparatus idle from any honor and manner, arrested a number of members of Hizb ut Tahrir, the Dawah carriers to Islam, and took them to police stations, where they found in some of them (the police officers) men, who ascribe to themselves the application of the law. They refused to make any charges against the Shabab, so they returned dishonored to their hideouts and basements, and abused the Shabab, beat them, and then released them. While others have found in some police stations, men obeying the desires of the deviant authority, so they accused against the carriers of the call of Al-Haqq (truth) charges, under articles varying from one department to another, as they are malicious charges intended to punish the Shabab, and to keep them for the longest possible time in the guards, through temporizing their release on bail (the right which is guaranteed even by their oppressive law).
Moreover, the government which has taken out of its fight against the Dawah carriers to Islam a methodology; not only that it was sufficed by this, but it worked in every way to block people from the Dawah to Islam, by rejecting the request made by the party, to hold a seminar at the International Conference Center of Martyr Al-Zubair Mohammed Saleh on Saturday 19/11/2016, under the title: “Sudan’s Economy and the Horizon Out of the Trap”!!
We in Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, regarding this circumstance, explain the following:
First: The Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir, have given Allah Almighty a covenant to carry this Dawah, and their willingness to sacrifice everything precious and valuable for it sake. They are not harmed by the deceit of the oppressors and their tools, of those who sold their Deen in exchange for the World of others, nor by the fabrications of the hypocrites and those who spread rumors. And the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir proceed in the implementation of their covenant with Allah, He is the best of helpers, and you will surely know the truth of it after a while.
Second: The respected countries do not untwist their spun thread after it was strong, but they adhere to their constitution and laws and do not deviate from them. While the unrespectable semi-states, as in the case of Sudan, the Constitution and the laws are the whims of the ruler and his henchmen, so they attribute all the texts that they swore to respect them, to punish every sincere advisor, and to honor everyone treacherous and ungrateful!!
Third: Hizb ut Tahrir is based on the Islamic Aqeedah alone, and it has the honor that this Aqeedah is the source of its thoughts, rules and opinions, and the party in its process of advocating this call, is following the footsteps of the Prophet (saw) alone, and gives no regard to the rules of any obeyed owner of whims. Thus, the authority act of preventing Hizb ut Tahrir to hold the Seminar at the Martyr Al-Zubair Hall will not hurt the party in anything, for the party and its Shabab are living in the society amongst the people, and the party’s ideas spread through the air, so can these tyrant oppressors prevent air from spreading?
Fourth: The duty of the media is not to remain deaf, dumb and blind, on the pulse of the Ummah, and what is happening in it, and what is done to it, looking from behind a covert glance at the red lines that are drawn by the authority which has no legitimacy. Rather, the duty of the media is to support the truth, and the facts, and to be prepared to sacrifice for its sake; is not it a career of trouble as they say?!
Fifth and finally: Hizb ut Tahrir has been, and will continue to be the watchful eye of the Ummah on its interests and rights, a tongue of sincerity that says the truth, and prays for it. It does not fear for the sake of Allah (swt) the blame of anyone, progresses at a steady pace, and works with the Ummah and within it, in order to resume the Islamic way of life, through the establishment of the second Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. So it takes the people out from the hardship of the oppressive capitalism, to a life of comfort and bliss under Islam, and spreads justice, goodness and mercy, as was the Khilafah through the hearing and sight filling years, and it will be today or tomorrow, Allah willing, as it was yesterday, for it is the promise of Allah:
وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا
“Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security..” [An-Nur: 55]
And it is the glad tiding of His Messenger (saw): «ثُمَّ تَكُونَ خِلاَفَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ نُبُوَّةٍ» “Then there will be Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood”.
