Provoking the Subject of Underage Marriage is from the Agenda of the Kaffir West in its Strategy to Fight Islam

We hear every day about strategies been drawn, and announcement of issues considered by the United Nations Organization as very important, while they are totally out of touch to the reality of the country. And this includes the declaration by wife of the President of the Republic, Widad Babikir, of launching a campaign to stop the marriage of minors under the age of 15, on 11/11/2015 in Sudan, in conjunction with the Girl’s World Day. That comes as part of regional and international efforts to combat harmful customs and traditions in society. Mrs. Widad Babikir highlighted at the press conference held in the Republic’s Palace on Sunday, 18/10/2015, in the presence of the African Union Office in Khartoum, and representatives of federal ministries and local and international organizations and civil society organizations, what she called “the negative effects” of the marriage of young girls (minors) as a result of customs and traditions rooted in local communities, she said they affect the health and development of children and their care. She pointed out that Sudan has made many gains for the benefit of childhood since the endorsement of the International Convention on the Rights of Children.
A number of participants in the conference called for the need to obtain a formal legislation that prohibits the marriage of girls under the age of 15, or to make adjustments on Article 40 of the Personal Status Law to protect children.
In the same context, the consultant for the President of the Republic’s wife, Amal Mahmoud, stressed the need to carry out the “campaign involving all sectors of society to reduce the occurrences of “marriage of minor girls”. She called for the importance to include the clerics and the concerned ministries, and the legislative councils in the campaign, which she said it needs a lot of patience and effort.” (Al Mijhar Newspaper, 19/10/2015).
These efforts are in support and implementation of the Western policy for the globalization of the Kaffir West that contradict the concepts of Islam altogether. On the 19th of December 2011, the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted Resolution 170/66 to declare that October 11th of each year as “International Child’s Day”, and that is in the recognition of the rights of girls (in accordance to the Western Democratic way of life), and of the unique challenges faced by girls in all parts of the world (according to the claims of these organizations), as one of the goals of sustainable development, which lasts for 15 years, to support the current generation of adolescents and their future generations, to be able to exploit their abilities as active participants in achieving a world of equality and sustainability of the present and future (according to their claim); therefore the chosen slogan to celebrate this day is: “The Power of the Adolescent Girl: Vision for 2030”.
The actions carried out by the President’s wife constitute a new and dangerous phase for the implementation of the American strategy and projects clearly, using publicly this government, which when they came to power they were raising the slogans of Islam, and its officials travelled all regions of Sudan to establish collective marriage ceremonies, and its constitution ensured the Article that allows marriage of girls at an age that allows them to understand matters, that is Article 40 of the Personal Status Law. Today it is rejecting all its past and slogans to please the West without feeling ashamed before Allah, the Lord of the World.
We in the Women’s Section of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan emphasize that the use of these governments by the West is normal for they are members of the United Nations, the Western instruments for the globalization of Western civilization, which brought misery to the West and social destruction, the worst in human history, where lineages have been mixed and diseases spread that were not experienced by their ancestors.
And we call upon the sons of the Ummah, and all with a sound mind, not to participate in such suspicious campaigns, but to expose them and expose the intentions of the Kaffir West, which seeks to blur the identity of Muslims.
O Muslim Women in Sudan:
We do not rely on the government to implement the Islamic systems, and in particular the organization of the meeting between men and women, but we are counting on your deep-rooted belief, and your love of Islam, which runs in your blood, to stand firmly and to reject these strategies that meet the goals of the Kaffir West, by the legislations and laws put by the hands of the Muslims sons and daughters, after it despaired due to their non-acceptance of its misleading concepts through other available means..
Know, that what affects the growth and health of children is their exposure to Western concepts planted in their minds, to forbid what is permitted by Allah (swt), and acceptance of legislation of humans! So be aware of the conspiracies and Western plots, to save yourselves and raise generations who will carry Islam in spite of the conspirators and plots of the enemies of the Deen.
O people of Sudan:
Why the silence over the Western conspiracies?! Which are carried out by the offices who made their interest in upturned images, instead of implementing the laws of Islam in solving the problem of spinsterhood and reluctance to marry, by facilitating marriage and encouraging it and presenting it as the right and the only solution to the rampant social problems in the West and the world. They launch implicit attacks on the laws of Islam and its ideas and concepts to adopt a Western Kaffir view that make the age of a child extend to 18, while in Islam the army’s leader was Osama bin Zaid, who was given the banner by the noble hands of the Messenger of Allah (saw). Islam permits marriage and lawful childbearing when the girl reaches puberty even before she becomes 18 and prevents her from fornication. All this good is most respectful and honouring to the mind and decency and reputation by contrast to the cases of the children of the West who have entered world records in having teenage pregnancies and overwhelmed child care centres with abandoned and abused children by children and even the sexual harassments of children by their parents, a great fall in the pit of Democracy and its muddy levels.
O Muslims:
Our actual problems are the regimes that chase behind the West, and implement the goals of the enemies of Allah by following the Western laws, covenants, and strategies, in a blind dependency that accrued misery in the care of women and children’s affairs and decimated crops and livestock. There is no hope, and no liberation for us, but by the Shariah laws of the Lord of the Worlds, and its laws that address the human issues in an ideological state, on the basis of the doctrine of the great Islam, that implements its laws and make its first interest taking Muslims and even the world out of the bottleneck that is confining every day because of the Western civilization, which is contrary to the sound human nature, it has failed and collapsed.
The time has come for the establishment of the just system of Islam on its ruins, a righteous Khilafah on the method of Prophethood.
(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ)
“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered” [Al-Anfal: 24]
