The President of the Palestinian Authority Tramples on the Supreme Court’s Decisions and Challenges the Ummah of Islam: He Gave the Waqf Land of Tamim as a Gift to the Russian Enemy!

On 4/1/2017, the President of the Palestinian Authority (PA) ordered the Palestinian Land Authority to register the Waqf land of the noble companion Tamim Ad-Dari as a gift to the Russians. This comes as part of a long series of conspiring against this land in Khalil Ar-Rahman city, then the Land Authority instructed the Department of Registration in Al-Khalil (Hebron) to transfer ownership from the treasury of the Palestinian Authority that it falsely owns by the decision of the PA, as a gift to the Russian enemy, who dug the graves of the martyrs in that land; the martyrs who irrigated the soil with their blood. The PA has tried to hide its crime and circulated to the concerned departments to conceal its crime. The Tamim family and dignitaries of Al-Khalil could not get the paper with this registration decision and the catalogue of the gift of land to the Russians. Only after a substantial courageous picket and sit-in in the Land Registry Department (At-Tabo) in Al-Khalil and the decisions of the court, followed by procrastination and justification from the director of the land registry department in Al-Khalil, which signed with its sinful hand the heinous crime of registering the land for the Russian enemy.
The land registration took place despite the fact that there is a decision of the Supreme Court of Justice in Ramallah on 23/06/2016 to stop all proceedings relating to the decision by the government authority of the acquisition of this land based on the case filed by the Tamim family, in protest at the sinful decision of acquisition. The date of the next hearing is on 24/01/2017. Thus the PA trampled on the law and on its courts and judges after committing this major crime of violating the decision of the Messenger of Allah (saw)
The PA President gifts the land of endowment (Waqf) to the Russians, the enemies, as if it belongs to his father, that he inherited and has the right of its disposal as its owner. This makes him a criminal transgressor, violating the commandment of the Messenger of Allah (saw), throwing out the doctrine and rules of Islam, and makes him a brutal aggressor on the property of the noble sons of the companion Tamim Ad-Dari, may Allah be pleased with him. Thus exposing his intention behind this decision of acquisition for the public benefit, this alleged public benefit turned out to be giving the land as a gift to the Russian enemy!!
By handing over the land to the Russians, he is rewarding them for the killing of men, women and children of Aleppo, in which the Russians mixed the blood and skulls of the Ummah of Muhammad (saw) with the soil, buildings and melted them with iron, fire and bombs; our hearts were wrenched watching their situation. We will not accept other than the destruction of Moscow in retribution for such crimes, the one who rewards such enemy only becomes an enemy of the Ummah and the people of Palestine.
The Russian Church has a black history of giving ownership of the land of Palestine to the Jews, the famous orange deal is a close example. It is like watching another settlement developing in the heart of Al-Khalil, by giving this land to the Russians, and this is not strange for the Russians, the enemies, nor the PA that surrendered most of Palestine to the Jews willingly and appointed itself as their guardian.
The duty of the people of in general and to the people of Al-Khalil and the family of Tamim specifically, is to stand as a bulwark in the face of the PA and its men in giving away this land, and the PA is too weak to stand in the face of the sincere men in this Blessed Land.
Let the PA know that its decisions are not worth the ink written with, and its conspiracy will come back to them, it shall taste the consequences of its crimes and that will be loss. And that the people of Palestine and all Muslims will account the PA and all who participates in this crime harshly.
