Press Release: When will the Bloodshed of Innocent People End?

When will the Bloodshed of Innocent People End?

Yesterday, Tuesday 24/11/2015, our country witnessed a hideous and repulsive crime. A bus carrying the presidential guard was targeted in the middle of the capital in one of its most important streets.

Allah (swt) says:

“Whosoever kills a human being for other than manslaughter or corruption in the earth, it shall be as if he had killed all mankind, and whosoever saves the life of one, it shall be as if he had saved the life of all mankind.” [Al-Maidah: 32]

What happened is a reprehensible act and the killing of a soul without any right is an unacceptable action that must be denounced.

As much as we condemn this horrendous terrorist act, we call for the revealing the ambiguity of the terrorism and to identify its sources. Everyone, young and old, has realized that its backers are the intelligence service and that it has international dimensions, because of this, the issue has become more dangerous and we demand that the following sound steps should be taken to destroy terrorism:

  1. Not to involve international parties that have ambitions and spoils in our country with the pretext of combating terrorism, especially when it is the root of the problem.
  2. Take political resolutions to reveal the international agencies that stand behind and feed terrorism and to expel all the intelligence agencies that revel in the country.
  3. Not to use the incident to fight Islam and Muslims and to permit political agendas that would otherwise not be permitted in times of stability.

Finally we ask Allah to grant the victims of this tragedy mercy and to bestow their families with patience and solace.
