It honours us in the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan to present an invitation to our fellow journalists, lawyers and rights organisations to attend and participate in the monthly Ummah Issues forum that will be addressing on this occasion the replacement of the ruling of the adulterer (zaani) under the title:
