Giliran Johor Pula Memfitnah Hizbut Tahrir!
Beberapa pihak berkuasa agama di negara ini nampaknya sudah kehilangan arah dan profesionalisme dalam menjalankan amanah yang diletakkan di atas bahu mereka. Tumpuan mereka kini adalah untuk memburukkan gerakan Islam yang tidak sependapat dengan mereka, dan mencari-cari kesalahan gerakan tersebut, dan apabila tidak menjumpainya, maka mereka mereka-reka cerita untuk memfitnah gerakan tersebut. Inilah apa yang dilakukan oleh pihak berkuasa agama Johor terhadap Hizbut Tahrir. Setelah dua negeri, Selangor dan Sabah mengeluarkan fatwa fitnah ke atas Hizbut Tahrir, kini giliran Johor pula untuk melakukan hal yang sama, malah fitnah yang dikeluarkan lebih dahsyat lagi berbanding Selangor dan Sabah. La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah..
Sungguh menyedihkan apabila Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri Johor (JAINJ) sanggup menggunakan masjid di seluruh Johor sebagai tempat menyebarkan fitnah dan pendustaan ke atas Hizbut Tahrir. Rumah Allah (swt) yang seharusnya dijaga kesucian dan kemuliaannya, telah dikotori oleh JAINJ dengan fitnah dan pendustaan yang ternyata berniat jahat ke atas Hizbut Tahrir. Lebih menyedihkan apabila JAINJ sudah pun diperingatkan agar tidak melakukannya, melalui memorandum bantahan dan himpunan aman yang dilakukan oleh Hizbut Tahrir di ibu pejabat mereka, namun mereka tetap berdegil seolah-olah masjid itu adalah rumah mereka dan mereka berhak melakukan apa sahaja di dalamnya, termasuk mengotorinya! Mimbar Jumaat yang seharusnya diguna untuk mendidik dan membangkitkan umat, telah dijadikan oleh JAINJ sebagai pentas politik untuk memfitnah pihak yang tidak sependapat dengan mereka.
Selain menyalin semula fitnah yang dilontarkan oleh Selangor dan Sabah, khutbah Jumaat pada 10/01/2020 yang bertajuk “Hindari Fahaman Hizbut Tahrir” itu telah memuatkan pelbagai fitnah lain yang keji dan tidak masuk akal. Disebutkan di dalam khutbah bahawa semua perkara yang dinyatakan tentang Hizbut Tahrir merupakan keputusan (fatwa) yang telah dibuat oleh Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor. Hal ini menambahkan rasa terkejut kami kerana badan yang seharusnya terdiri daripada alim-ulama umat ini sanggup melontarkan fitnah dan pendustaan ke atas Hizbut Tahrir, tanpa melakukan tabayyun atau perjumpaan dengan Hizbut Tahrir terlebih dahulu! Apakah begini caranya badan pembuat fatwa mengeluarkan sesuatu fatwa, yakni tanpa tabayyun, tanpa memastikan kesahihan fakta, tanpa melakukan pertemuan dan tanpa muzakarah dengan pihak yang mereka ingin fatwakan? Bukankah elok jika Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor memanggil kami terlebih dahulu, dengan cara yang baik, untuk bertanya atau berbincang mengenai fahaman dan pegangan kami!?
Di antara fitnah yang Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor dan JAINJ lontarkan dalam khutbah berkenaan ialah pendapat Hizbut Tahrir mengenai azab kubur; mempercayai bahawa qadha’ dan qadar diambil dari falsafah Yunani dan perbuatan manusia tidak ada hubungan dengan qadha’ dan qadar Allah (swt); hidayah dan dhalalah bukan dari Allah (swt), tetapi dari manusia; mengingkari ta’wil ayat-ayat Al-Quran yang bersifat mutasyabihat; menyatakan siapa sahaja boleh berijtihad; kaum lelaki dan wanita bebas berjabat tangan dan harus mencium wanita bukan mahram tanpa maksud berzina!!!
Berdasarkan fitnah yang dilontarkan dalam khutbah tersebut, jelas menunjukkan yang Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor bukan hanya tidak melakukan kajian, atau jika dilakukan sekalipun hanyalah bersifat separuh masak, malah jelas terbukti bahawa mereka hanya mencedok fitnah yang telah lama berlegar di alam maya yang dilontarkan oleh golongan yang busuk hati terhadap Hizbut Tahrir. Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor seharusnya datang dan bermuzakarah dengan Hizbut Tahrir sendiri berbanding mengambil sumber daripada pihak yang memusuhi Hizbut Tahrir! Sesungguhnya Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor mengetahui bahawa pejabat Hizbut Tahrir sentiasa terbuka dan anggota Hizbut Tahrir sentiasa bersedia untuk bersemuka, dan mereka boleh datang pada bila-bila masa untuk mencari kebenaran, namun sayangnya mereka memilih untuk mencari kebatilan.
Tidak cukup dengan itu, melalui khutbah tersebut juga Hizbut Tahrir dituduh boleh menjadi ancaman kepada perpaduan umat Islam, keamanan dan keselamatan negara. Betapa dahsyatnya andaian yang direka-reka ini! Kami sangat hairan bagaimana mungkin sesebuah fatwa boleh dikeluarkan hanya atas dasar andaian seperti ini!? Ia bukan sahaja andaian, malah terbukti bertentangan dengan fakta! Sejak lebih 20 tahun kewujudan Hizbut Tahrir di Malaysia, kami tidak tahu sejak bila Jawatankuasa Negeri Johor menyaksikan yang negara ini telah menjadi kucar-kacir dan huru-hara disebabkan oleh Hizbut Tahrir!
Tidak berhenti di situ, teks khutbah diteruskan dengan fitnah dan pendustaan dengan menuduh Hizbut Tahrir berpandangan bahawa seorang pemimpin harus diperangi jika tidak mengamalkan hukum Islam. Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor dan juga JAINJ seolah-olah sudah hilang kewarasan apabila membuat tuduhan yang langsung tidak berpijak di bumi nyata seperti ini. Tuduhan ini memang jelas berniat jahat ke atas Hizbut Tahrir. Sekiranya kami meminta bukti pemimpin manakah di Johor, di Malaysia atau di seluruh dunia, yang telah diperangi atau dibunuh oleh Hizbut Tahrir kerana mereka tidak menerapkan hukum Islam, nescaya sampai kiamat Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor dan JAINJ tidak akan dapat mengemukakan walau pun satu bukti, walau pun mereka mengumpulkan seluruh manusia dan jin untuk berbuat demikian!
Kepada para khatib yang tidak membacakan khutbah tersebut, jazakumullahu khairan kami ucapkan. Semoga Allah (swt) memberkati dan memberi keberanian kepada kalian untuk terus berdiri menyatakan kebenaran. Kepada para khatib yang membacakannya atas alasan apa sekalipun, maka kami memohon keampunan kepada Allah (swt) untuk kalian. Kepada Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor, yang seharusnya terdiri daripada para ulama yang ikhlas lagi profesional, kami menasihatkan kalian agar menarik balik fatwa yang telah dikeluarkan supaya fitnah ini tidak tersebar di muka bumi dan kembali kepada tuannya. Sesungguhnya fitnah dan pendustaan yang dilontarkan itu tidak akan mendatangkan kebaikan sedikit pun, baik di dunia apatah lagi di akhirat. Marilah kita meraih kebahagiaan di akhirat dengan bertemu Allah (swt) tanpa kita membawa dosa orang yang kita fitnahkan.

Now It’s Johor’s Turn to Defame Hizb ut Tahrir!
A number of religious authorities in this country seem to have lost their direction and professionalism in exercising the trust placed on their shoulders. Their focus, it seems now is to aggravate the Islamic movement that they do not agree with, find whatever fault with the movement, and if they could not find it, they plot to defame the movement. This is what the Johor religious authorities have done to Hizb ut Tahrir. After two states, Selangor and Sabah had issued defamatory edict (fatwa) on Hizb ut Tahrir, it is now Johor’s turn to do the same, and it is worse than those two states. La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah..
It is very sad that the Johor State Islamic Religious Department (JAINJ) was willing to use mosques throughout Johor as a place to spread slander and lies on Hizb ut Tahrir. The house of Allah (swt) in which purity and honour are to be preserved, had been tainted by JAINJ with defamation and fabrication that have been maliciously attributed to Hizb ut Tahrir. It is even more sad when JAINJ had already been reminded to discontinue the sermon beforehand, through a memorandum of protest and a peaceful gathering held by Hizb ut Tahrir at their headquarters, they nevertheless adamant, as if the mosques are theirs and they can do anything in them, including polluting them! The Friday pulpit, which is supposed to be used to educate and upraise the Ummah, was used by JAINJ as a political platform to defame those who disagree with them.
In addition to copying the slanderous fatwa by Selangor and Sabah, the sermon held on Friday 10/1/2020 entitled, “Avoid the teaching of Hizb ut Tahrir” contained many vile and absurd points. It mentioned in the sermon that all the points concerning Hizb ut Tahrir derived from the fatwa issued by the Johor Fatwa Committee. This has certainly shocked us further, how could a body which is supposed to be full of scholars, was able to cast slander and lies against Hizb ut Tahrir, without first verifying (Tabayyun) or meeting with Hizb ut Tahrir!? Is this how a fatwa committee produces a fatwa – without verification, without clarifying the validity of facts, without meeting and without consulting the party that they are supposed to make fatwa on? Would not it been better if the Johor Fatwa Committee summon us in advance, amicably, to ask or discuss about our thoughts and teachings!?
Among the defamation that the Johor Fatwa Committee and JAINJ put forth in the sermon were Hizb ut Tahrir’s views on the punishment of the grave; Hizb ut Tahrir believes that Qadaa’ and Qadar were taken from Greek philosophy and that human actions have nothing to do with Qadaa’ and Qadar of Allah (swt); that guidance and misguidance are not from Allah (swt) but from man; denying Ta’wil of the Mutashabihat verses; saying that anyone can perform Ijtihad; men and women are free to shake hands and it is permissible (Mubah) to kiss non-mahram women without intent to commit adultery!!!
Based on the defamation stipulated in the sermon, it is clear that the Johor Fatwa Committee not only failed to conduct a study, and even if it was conducted, it was only half-baked, but they had also picked long-standing slanders that had been around in the cyber world, created by those who loathed Hizb ut Tahrir. The Johor Fatwa Committee should have come and consulted with Hizb ut Tahrir instead of taking resources from those who are hostile to Hizb ut Tahrir! Indeed, the Johor Fatwa Committee knows very well that the Hizb ut Tahrir’s office is always open and that the members of Hizb ut Tahrir are always ready to meet them, and that they can come at any time should they really want to seek the truth (al-Haq), but unfortunately, they choose to seek the falsehood (al-Batil).
As if it is not enough, through the sermon Hizb ut Tahrir is also accused of posing a threat to the unity of the Ummah and also to the national peace and security. What kind of fabricated assumption is this? We really wonder how is it possible for a fatwa to be issued based on assumption like this!? Besides being hypothetical, it is also contrary to the facts! For more than 20 years since the existence of Hizb ut Tahrir in Malaysia, we are perplexed as to when did the Johor Fatwa Committee witness that the country has been in turmoil and chaos caused by Hizb ut Tahrir!
As if that is not enough, the text of the sermon continued with slander and lies by accusing Hizb ut Tahrir of saying that a war must be waged on rulers who do not implement the Hukm of Islam. The Johor Fatwa Committee as well as JAINJ seem to have lost their sanity when making such ridiculous accusations. This allegation clearly shows their bad faith to Hizb ut Tahrir. If we were to ask for evidence if there is any ruler in Johor, in Malaysia or around the world, whom Hizb ut Tahrir had waged war on, or killed by Hizb ut Tahrir because they did not implement the Hukm of Islam, then surely the Johor Fatwa Committee and JAINJ will never be able to produce even a single one, even if they gather all humans and jins to do so!
To those khatibs who did not read the sermon, we make dua that Allah (swt) rewards and blesses you and grant you the courage to stand firm for the truth. To those who read the sermon for whatsoever reason, we ask His forgiveness for you. To the Johor Fatwa Committee, whose members are supposed to be sincere and professional scholars, we advise you to retract the fatwa so that the defamation does not spread on the earth which will finally returns to its master. Indeed, the defamation and deception that are cast forth will do no good, neither in the world, let alone in the Hereafter. Let us find happiness in the Hereafter by meeting Allah (swt) without bearing the sins of those whom we slandered.
