Instead of Vying for Giving the Khutba in Masjid Al Aqsa, Let them Compete over Mobilizing the Armies for its Liberation

Coinciding with the presence of the enemy of Allah (swt), His Prophet (saw), and the Believers and the killer of Muslims, Shimon Perez, at the Dead Sea to attend the Dafous Conference in response to the Jordanian regime’s invitation, which opens the country to the greedy capitalists to loot its resources and impoverish its people. Coinciding with this, but instead of the Grand Judge Ahmad Haleel issuing a Fatwa to forbid the presence of Shimon Perez on the Land of Al-Hashd and Ar-Ribat, and to criminalize his welcoming, to account whoever invited him, and to mandate the mobilization of the armies to liberate Masjid Al Aqsa. We find him and the Minister of the Awqaf Hayel Al Dawud participating in the Jerusalem Conference held in Bethlehem in an apparent move towards normalization with the Jewish entity. In addition to official delegations and figures from Turkey, Sudan, Russia, Tunisia and the representative of the Islamic Cooperation Organization where the conference concluded with recommendations suiting the shameful entrance of the delegations and the figures participating in the conference into Palestine under the blessing and permission of the Jewish entity. These recommendations reflected the state of helplessness and official collusion against Al Quds, its people and its Masjid Al Aqsa, but rather against all of Palestine, and they merged with the stances of their political regimes from the Jewish entity. The participation in the conference confirmed the role of beguilement of the rulers’ scholars which is to provide legislation of normalization under labels that publically show protection but in reality it is the normalization with the Jews and to suggest to people to surrender to the reality of the situation, that usurps Palestine and holds Al Quds and Al Aqsa under the authority of the Jews.
The Muslims in Al Aqsa and all around Palestine are aware of this and they reject it, and they have expressed this in Masjid Al Aqsa by refusing the presence of the Minister of Awqaf and the Grand Judge who tried to confirm Jordan’s custody for Masjid Al Aqsa despite the efforts of the Turkish government and others to take away this custody and vie over it!!
The people of Al Quds and Al Aqsa have expressed the sentiment of the Ummah and they made the Minister and whoever was with him hear the word of truth which should be heard, just like what they made the Turkish Minister of Awqaf before. That Al Quds and Al Aqsa are in need of the Muslim armies which sacrifice the honorable blood and everything precious and valuable for the sake of Allah (swt) in order to liberate it, and that the people of Al Quds and Al Aqsa do not welcome those who cooperate with the Jewish entity. The bodyguards of the Grand Judge and the Minister of Awqaf have violated the sanctity of Al Aqsa and assaulted one of the elderly worshippers by beating him since he refused their visit, thus triggering the outrage of the worshippers thus opening the situation for suspicious people to cause riot in the masjid and curse the deity.
We stress what is known and confirmed, that Hizb ut Tahrir has enough courage and bravery to publicize its work and activities, and that it possesses honesty by which it is not right for it to deny any work of its works nor shy away from. Hizb ut Tahrir has shown in the Blessed Land of Palestine in a statement from its press office that confronting the Minister and Grand Judge and standing up to them in Masjid Al Aqsa was not an official activity of the Hizb, and at the same time the Hizb doesn’t deny those who spoke and were speaking truth in the face of every oppressor and those who are normalizing the situation.
The Minister of the Awqaf and the Grand Judge is to be silent and let them seek forgiveness from Allah (swt) and repent for the crime of normalization with the Jews and the crime of remaining silent upon the presence of Perez on the Land of Al-Hashd and Ar-Rabat, instead of repeating the slanders and directing accusations against Hizb ut Tahrir which are not true.
وَاتَّقُواْ يَوْمًا تُرْجَعُونَ فِيهِ إِلَى اللّهِ
“And be afraid of the Day when you shall be brought back to Allah.” [Al-Baqara: 281]
So, O Muslims:
We assure you, sincerely advising you, that the Aqsa awaits the Muslim armies marching to liberate it, and it doesn’t wait for the competition of the normalizing speakers. It waits for the scholars who speak the truth loudly… not those who stand in line with falsehood and prays for him, and that the Khilafah state upon the method of Prophethood is the one which will rescue you from the oppression of the oppressors, the treason of the traitors, and the harm of the hypocrites. It is by the Khilafah that your Lord (swt) is pleased with, and it is the source of your dignity, and so work for it with those who are working for it in order to gain the honor of restoring it and to win the Paradise of Delight in the Will of The Lord of the worlds (swt).
