Against the backdrop of the distribution of the final declaration of the workshop of the two regions Darfur and Kordofan widely by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, in all public places of gatherings, transportation terminals and others in Khartoum and the cities of different provinces, the security authorities in Khartoum arrested Brother Ameen Awad Al-Kareem on Monday morning, March 16, 2015 up until writing this statement.

The Final Declaration which was distributed was the fruit of a workshop entitled: “Issues of Darfur and Kordofan: Al Hawakeer – Civil Administration – Tribal Conflicts – A Vision on the Basis of the Doctrine of the Great Islam”.

The workshop was led by a large group of politicians and tribal leaders, intellectuals and the media, it lasted for more than five hours, the workshop was concluded by the following:

1. The essence of the crisis in the country is the injustice caused by the absence of the just political thought – the great ideology of Islam.

2. The state of insecurity, and indulging in shedding of haram blood, which is suffered by both regions of Darfur and Kordofan, and taking up of arms in the face of the state, is the result of the injustice of the successive regimes that governed the country, due to their non- implementation of the just systems of Islam.

3. The vision is on the basis of the great ideology of Islam, which stated:

•    The duty of Muslims is to refer to the Shariah ruling, and to redefine their lives on the basis of the doctrine of Islam.
•    The Islamic bond of brotherhood is the bond that must dominate all other bonds.
•    The so-called Al-Hawakeer do not exist in Shariah; i.e. the homes of tribes under the Islamic way of life.
•    Pastures, forests and woodlands are public properties that benefit all people
•    The shepherds have the right to the presence of paths to their herds. As the farmers too have the right that the herds of the shepherds do not attack their farms.
•    Allah (swt) made the tribes to meet and get to know each other not for superiority and boasting.
•    Anyone who kills a soul should be ready to bear the repercussions of his actions, and should be referred to the family of the deceased who have the right to retribution or blood money or to give amnesty.
•    In the Islamic system the civil administration system does not exist on the tribal basis, the administrative system in Islam has been put by the Prophet (saw).
•    The raising of arms in the face of the state is the result of injustice, which will be solved naturally by the implementation of the just Islamic systems.
•    When the great ideology of Islam is implemented in its own state, the Khilafah state upon the method of Prophethood, it will be the only one capable of fusing the different tribes and ethnic feuding races, as one homogeneous, harmonious, and loving Ummah, it is the Islamic Ummah.
This is the pure and clear Islamic vision, because of it Brother Ameen was arrested, who deserves recognition for his work that pleases the Lord of the Worlds, and angers the demons of mankind and the jinn.
We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan emphasize our determination to move forward in the path of truth; the path to resume the Islamic way of life by the establishment of the Khilafah on the method of Prophethood; that its time has come, detention and imprisonment, temptations or intimidations will not prevent us. We repeat our warning to the regime and its cronies of the repercussions of their actions, and pushed people away from Allah’s way, Allah (swt) says:

وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ
“And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned” [Ash-Shu’ara: 227]
