The Authority’s Attack on the Father of the Shaheed Al-Aaraj is an Attack on the People of Palestine, a Shun to the Martyrs and an Alienation from the Ummah and its Aspirations for Liberation

Yesterday, Sunday, 12/03/2017 CE, the Palestinian Authority security agencies undertook the heinous crime of attacking a protest in front of the courts complex in the city of Al-Bireh rejecting the Authority’s prosecution of the martyr Bassel Al-Aaraj and four of his fellow prisoners in the occupation jails, which resulted in the injury of 11 people, including the father of Al-Aaraj.

This outrageous act, ranging from the shameful prosecution down to the repression and attack on protesters, is considered a crime by all standards, for it shuns the trail of martyrs and their sacrifices.

This crime of the Authority is a manifold crime, for instead of it being ashamed of its heinous act when it allowed the occupation forces safe entry and exit to the heart of Al-Bireh to assassinate the martyr, and before that its shameful role in the arrest of four of his fellows by the Jews, which came shortly after the PA arrested and interrogated them. So, instead of being ashamed and bows its head, the security apparatus suppresses the peaceful protesters who reject the logic of submission and the policy of lying and subversion on the Ummah’s culture and aspirations. Rather, it increased its crime with a great sin when it hit Muslim women and uncovered their heads, and then followed this great sin by a more egregious sin when it assaulted the father of the Al-Aaraj, in an act the PA preceded the former and the later peoples in its horror and impudence.

The PA that raises in its various events the slogan “martyrs are more honorable than all of us” is untruthful, dishonest and deceitful, while in reality, it is trading with the blood of the martyrs and their sacrifices for gratifying the occupation. Rather, it is a help to the Jews in killing the martyrs, and then it accuses people that they have foreign agendas that serve the occupation, “That’s like the pot calling the kettle black!”. As well as, the Authority that its officials enunciate the rhetoric of “civil peace”, attacks the innocents with batons and tear gas that has not spared the honorable women of Palestine, crumbling with these aberrant denounced actions of it all of the “civil peace”!

And the Palestinian Authority which calls for respect for the law and the judiciary, is itself trampling on her feet her own law and judgment!!! In a method that emphasizes the bullying tactics it follows with people.

The PA has repeatedly proved that it is actually, not only by saying, sanctifying security coordination and that it is hostile to the people of Palestine and fights all those who resist the occupation, thereby it resolved its fate and pledged it to the occupation and to those who stand behind it from the Americans and Europeans. This necessitates the people of Palestine to bellow in the face of the Authority, which alienated from the Ummah and its culture and befriended the occupier and security coordinated with it, and to account and deny on it and stand in the face of its projects and policies aimed at perpetuating the occupation, preserving its security and squandering the rest of the Blessed Land.

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضٍ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ * فَتَرَى الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ يُسَارِعُونَ فِيهِمْ يَقُولُونَ نَخْشَى أَن تُصِيبَنَا دَآئِرَةٌ فَعَسَى اللّهُ أَن يَأْتِيَ بِالْفَتْحِ أَوْ أَمْرٍ مِّنْ عِندِهِ فَيُصْبِحُواْ عَلَى مَا أَسَرُّواْ فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ نَادِمِينَ﴾

 “O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you – then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people. * And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of hypocrisy), they hurry to their friendship, saying: “We fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us.” Perhaps Allah may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves.” ^{[Al-Maida: 51-52]}
