Arresting the Honorable Muslim Woman is a Major Crime Deserving the Wrath of Allah (swt)

At a time when leading figures in the US Republican Party are calling upon President Obama to change the name of the War on Terror to one which reflects the religious nature of America’s war against Islam, the Raheel-Nawaz regime has stooped to an even lower level in subservience to Washington. As part of implementing the National Action Plan, which is an attempt to suppress the Jihad against the American occupation of Afghanistan, as well as preventing the return of the Khilafah to Pakistan, on 11 February 2015, the regime issued an arrest charge sheet for the men of the honorable Jegranvi household, as well as their wives.

Then on Friday 13 February, before the Salah of Jummah, the thugs of the regime earned the curses of the oppressed, whose Dua Allah (swt) never refuses, by seizing a woman relative of the Jegranvis from the sanctity of her home, even as the menfolk and their wives were applying for bail before arrest. This mother is now in the dungeons of the tyrants, along with her mentally and physically handicapped young son. Hizbut Tahrir notes that this extreme step took place immediately after the announcement of the Interior Minister’s visit to America, to earn the praise and gratitude of the foremost crusader nation in the world, by letting his thugs off their leashes. Moreover, Hizbut Tahrir notes that whilst the Gulberg residence of the Jegranvis is violated, the bases of the American private military and intelligence in Gulberg, lairs for the destructive Raymond Davis network, are left untouched and undisturbed.

O Muslims of Pakistan! O fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters of the Ummah of Islam! The Jegranvi family is an honorable Muslim family, deserving of respect. For generations, they have been practitioners of traditional medicine, seeking cures for the ill and alleviating the burdens of the poor. The assault of the thugs on the big house, which brings together several families which is a violation of Ahkam ash-Shari’ that forbid the attack on the sanctity of homes and the sanctitiy of women in the homes. So, as in any observant Muslim household in Pakistan, it is not strange to find that the menfolk are active for the sake of Islam, in one of way or another. Some of the men are members of Hizbut Tahrir, who are calling upon the armed forces to grant the Nussrah for the establishment of the Khilafah and mobilization against all foreign occupation, whilst others are engaged in other Islamic efforts.

However, in the eyes of the regime, duties mandated by Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw) are crimes. Regularly the members of Hizbut Tahrir have been arrested and even tortured, including the well-known Mutaqee son of the Jegranvi family, Saad Jegranvi, the Chairman of the Hizbut Tahrir Central Contact Committee in Pakistan. Regularly, the thugs of the regime lurk outside the house and attempt to raid it, but have been repeatedly repulsed by occupants, including the brave and patient women folk, as well as the dignified neighbors of the Jegranvis. So, in revenge, the regime has now trampled over the Muslim family values and the high status Islam grants the women, earning the curses of the believers.

O Muslims of Pakistan! O People of Muhammad Bin Qasim, Tipu Sultan and Ghazi Ilm ud-Din (may Allah have mercy upon them)! The regime has blinded itself to that which we hold dear before Allah (swt) due to its blind submission and prostration before America. It now seeks to spread fear within the good Muslim families to coerce them into abandoning support for Islam in any form. It is following the example of the occupying British Raj, which tried to force the Muslims into prostration, but was eventually repulsed from these lands, smashed upon the boulder of Imaan, never to return again. The Pakistani regime follows the commands of the American Raj, even though it is known that Washington harbors great hatred of Islam. Allah (swt) said,

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا بِطَانَةً مِنْ دُونِكُمْ لَا يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالًا وَدُّوا مَا عَنِتُّمْ قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ ۚ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ ۖ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

“O you who have believe, do not take as intimates those other than yourselves, for they will not spare you [any] ruin. They wish you would have hardship. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have certainly made clear to you the signs, if you will use reason” [Al-i-Imran: 118].

Moreover, the regime seeks to please its Kuffar masters, even though the Kuffar will never be pleased until the Muslim abandons Islam. Allah (swt) said,

وَلَنْ تَرْضَىٰ عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلَا النَّصَارَىٰ حَتَّىٰ تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ

“And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion.” [Al-Baqara: 120]

O Sincere Officers of Pakistan’s Armed Forces! We need not remind you of the duty of the armed forces in Islam. It is the one which moves upon the call of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw). It is the one that secures the honor of the Muslim woman and earns the Dua of the believers. Hizbut Tahrir calls upon you to end this despicable regime by granting the Nussrah for establishing the Khilafah, so that you can be finally mobilized against the American and Indian enemies in a clear and explicit manner, seeking the two Husnain, Victory or Martyrdom.
