In response to the “Road Map to Save Syria”:
We will Draw up our Road Map Ourselves and we will Crown our Sacrifices with the Khilafah Rashidah on the Method of the Prophethood

The Syrian opposition abroad (and with it some of the militant factions), and those associated with the criminal Syrian regime, reached preliminary understandings on the future government in Syria. They will agree on the composition of their delegations before going to Moscow at the end of this month, between 26 and 29 thereof, to agree on a “road map to save Syria” in which its decisions must be as stated in the terms of the American Geneva 1 Conference, and in a period not exceeding three months. It is presumed to reflect a regional and international understanding represented in a UN-backed resolution under Chapter VI, which includes the deployment of international observers. These understandings suggest the formation of transitional institutions, including a “transitional government” that can exercise the powers of the president and the prime minister according to the current constitution, along with a “military council” equally shared between the two parties to restructure the security services and integrate dissidents back into the regular army in order to fight the “Islamic State” (ISIS),

O Muslims in the honorable Ash-Sham: The Kaffir West, and with it its tools of the puppet regimes and political blocs that falsely and wrongly claim to represent Muslims in Syria, is trying to make the political solution through negotiation with the regime a granted matter for the people of Syria to come out of the tragic situation. Which if it was not for it standing behind this regime and its overwhelming support for it by all means and methods, it could not have been able to withstand Ash-Sham blessed revolution, and it would have received today the reward of what it hands sinned.

And we wonder? Who gave the right to those currents to negotiate on the blood of our martyrs, the screams of our honorable women and the crying of our children? Is not Moscow the one that stood brazenly and arrogantly with this criminal regime and provided it with the weapons that kill us every day and military experts who plan to slaughter us? Is not Moscow that slaughtered the Muslims in Chechnya and Afghanistan? Will Moscow and behind it the Kaffir West consent to have a way out of the crisis as it claims, but for the benefit of the criminal Bashar and at the expense of our sacrifices and the blood of our martyrs? Instead it will work through negotiation to reproduce this regime, which the Muslims in Syria suffered from it the horrors and calamities, and to recycle it to serve their interests and the interests of the enemies of Islam. The formation of a transitional government that can exercise the powers of the president will not change the reality in anyway, rather it will be a treacherous puppet government ruled by a tyrant such as this who the history has ever witnessed his like in crime. Moreover, this document made no secret of the intention of its owners to fight Islam under the guise of terrorism, at the request of their masters of the Kaffir West. It has become clear to everyone that the war on terror is a war on Islam and Muslims, and on anyone who does not march with the American convoy and its cronies.  
O Muslims in Ash-Sham: Almighty Allah says in his Book Al-Aziz:

وَلَنْ تَرْضَى عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلَا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ

“And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion.” [Al-Baqara: 120].

Are you contented to sit down with your enemies and the enemies of your Deen? Will you allow them to draw you a map for your future and your way of life? By Allah, this is a manifest loss. We in Hizb ut Tahrir, the frontrunner that does not lie to its people, invite you to stand with us shoulder to shoulder in the face of anyone who tries to negotiate on the blood of our martyrs. And we say to every conspirator: that we will draw up our road map ourselves and crown our sacrifices with Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood, that satisfies our Lord and enrages our enemy, Allah (swt) says:

قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللَّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِير

“Say, “Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [only] guidance.” If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allah no protector or helper.”  [Al-Baqara:120].
