The Security and Intelligence Apparatus are still Missing their Compass!!
(Translated)
The security and intelligence apparatus are still present in the city Niyala, capital of the province South Darfur, as they have arrested two members of Hizb ut Tahrir: Brother Abd Al-Daim Yahia and brother Abd Al-Majeed Nourain, who participated in a discussion point arranged by Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan in front of the Great Mosque on Friday 01/07/2016.
The discussion points arranged by Hizb ut Tahrir in front of mosques, markets and some public places are one of the methods of carrying the dawah to Islam and they are peaceful points where a quite dialogue takes place. Through it, the Hizb preaches about its project of the resumption of the Islamic life to the Ummah’s children, it addresses the minds and hearts. The points touch upon security, Subhanahu wa Ta’aalah says:
الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَمْ يَلْبِسُوا إِيمَانَهُمْ بِظُلْمٍ أُولَئِكَ لَهُمُ الأَمْنُ وَهُمْ مُهْتَدُونَ
“It is those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah and worship none but Him Alone) and confuse not their belief with Zulm (wrong i.e. by worshipping others besides Allah), for them (only) there is security and they are the guided.” [Al-Anaam: 82]
It was incumbent upon the security apparatus who have lost direction to look for someone who could violate security – and how many they are in this troubled region!!
If the security and intelligence apparatus were seriously concerned with the protection of the country and the people, it cannot outbid this position over Hizb ut Tahrir and its activities amongst its Ummah. If it is concerned with the protection of the rulers who are corrupted from the methodology of Allah (swt), who work for the establishment of the Kuffars’ plans: to separate the south, to shred the rest of Sudan and to secularize the country…then such arrests will not harm Hizb ut Tahrir. And the ones who oppressed will know which way they will turn.
Immediately after the release the arrested members of Hizb ut Tahrir or set them forth to the courts, and fear Allah who proscribed for you the fasting so that you might reach the best taqwa…
