Turkey: Release of the Shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir
Tuesday, 15 April 2008
ylmazOn March 31st, 2008, a session of the court trying Mr. Yilmaz Cêlik, the official spokesperson of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Turkey and other Shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir was held in the Justice building in the town of Adana and considered the release of Mr. Yilmaz Celik and other Shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir and continuing their trial externally after they were unfairly under arrest and persecuted for about 4 months.
What transpired in the court regarding the releasing of the Shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir on bail is not a matter of leniency or mercy of the secular judiciary which is cracking at the seams; there can be no doubt that the treacherous kufr system is nauseatingly corrupt and no measure of leniency or mercy from them can be expected. It is Islam and Islam alone that can create an atmosphere of mercy and justice as it is from the Creator of the universe, mankind and life. The arrest and release of the Shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir from the darkness of prisons is certainly the destiny determined by the Allah, the All-Knower and All-Powerful, this arrest was a test from Allah (swt) for the Shabab and if they persistently clang onto the truth, they have a great reward. At the same time, it was a great sin on the part of those actions resulted in the Shababs’ arrests in the first place.
On this occasion, we acknowledge the efforts of those who sympathised and supported us and thank them for it. Our prayers continue in the face of the oppression and persecution to which we are exposed in the course of this call to the truth. Our prayers go out for all those in the media, the civilian social organisations-who are not funded by the West-who stood by the truth and to all those dedicatedly sincere sons of the Islamic Ummah- in Turkey, the Ummah which is the best of the Ummahs carved out for the people. And finally:
“All praise and thanks are Allâh’s, Who has saved us from the people who are Zâlimûn (i.e. oppressors, wrong doers, polytheists, those who join others in worship with Allâh).” [TMQ al Mu’minoon: 23: 28]
