Under the Khilafah State, there is No Security Apparatus that Terrifies People and Deprives them their Legitimate Rights

The Sudanese Parliament passed, with applaud and cheer as usual, the constitutional amendments on Tuesday 25/4/2017, according to the Emergency Committee Chairperson and the Vice President of the National Assembly who approved at a press conference, yesterday, to extend the powers of the security and intelligence device by making it a “national systematic force” whose task is to maintain internal and external security, besides granting the device the authority to “violate privacy in cases of inspection and procedures issued by the judiciary, the prosecution and the security authorities, in what affects the national security.”
If there is a security apparatus to protect external security then it is the army, and the body entrusted with the maintenance of internal security, is the police, so why is there a third apparatus, which has the task of maintaining external and internal security?!
In Western colonial countries, the task of the security apparatus is to spy on countries, but in our country, it is different. They are spying on the nation; individuals and groups, for the protection of the tyrant rulers, who do not care about the nation of any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. The prohibition of spying is known from religion by necessity. For spying is not allowed, except on the Kafir enemy and the people of distrust of his assistants such as those who frequently visit the embassies of enemies and their dens. However, it is not permissible to spy upon the citizens, Muslims and non-Muslims. Allah (swt) says:
﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اجْتَنِبُوا كَثِيرًا مِنَ الظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعْضَ الظَّنِّ إِثْمٌ وَلا تَجَسَّسُوا وَلا يَغْتَبْ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ لَحْمَ أَخِيهِ مَيْتًا فَكَرِهْتُمُوهُ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَوَّابٌ رَحِيمٌ﴾
“O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin. And do not spy or backbite each other. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his brother when dead? You would detest it. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Accepting of repentance and Merciful. ” [Al Hujurat: 12]
The existing regimes in the Muslim countries cannot control peoples’ acts except by robbing their rights and violating their privacy, because they cannot breathe, survive and live but by force, and spreading terror. This is because they do not express the will of the people, and have failed to extend security, administer justice, and preserve the countries. So, their primary role became to maintain the chairs of power, the service of the colonial Kafir, and the implementation of his conspiracies against the nation.
We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan call upon the people of Sudan, especially the politicians, to withhold from participating with this regime, which has proved that it does not abide by a covenant or a pact and to rush upon the project of the nation; the righteous Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, which Hizb ut Tahrir is calling for. It is the only salvation of the Ummah, and it is the only one that guarantees people their rights, as stipulated by the provisions of the Sharia, the system of the Lord of the Worlds, for they are from the One the Wise and Knowing.
