Public Prosecutor of the State Security Court Arrests One of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahir to Generate a Charge against him

On Tuesday 29/12/2015, the Jordanian regime’s security apparatus arrested Brother Mu’tasim Ad-Duwaik, one of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir, in the Suwailih district. He was then transferred to the public prosecutor of the State’s Security court where he was held in prison despite the court not specifying with the constitutional adjustments related to issues that are examined before the military court. All of which calls into question the underlying intentions of the public prosecutors within the State Security’s court.
And they did not have anything against him, O Muslims, and arrested him, except because he said that my Rabb is Allah whilst carrying the Da’wah with Hizb ut Tahrir that has dedicated itself to the resumption of the Islamic life within a true Khilafah State (Caliphate) upon the path of the Prophethood. The State that has strength, prevention and might, and mercy, justice, tranquility and honest guardianship. This is in the case where the Khalifah is the first to go hungry and the last to meet his satisfaction. No favour is given in his presence to anyone at the cost of Islam or the interests of the Ummah, and there is no place within his council for the corrupt, the agent or the thief.
And they did not have anything against him, O Muslims, and arrested him, except because he was a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, working for your revival upon the basis of your Aqeedah and the Ahkaam of your Deen, joining his nights in continuation to his days, in order to restore your Shar’i and only political entity, represented in the Khilafah upon the path of the Prophethood which Allah (swt) has promised will return and His Messenger (saw) has given its glad tidings.
And they did not have anything against him, O Muslims, and arrested him, except because he was in a political party that has a depth of presence that strikes at the roots within this land. He was and will remain defiant in the face of all of the enemies of Allah and His Messenger (saw) in addition to all those who seek to strike at this Deen and this Ummah.
And they did not have anything against him, O Muslims, and arrested him, except because he was in a Hizb which is a guardian over the thought of the society and its sensation. It has taken it upon its shoulders to prevent the regression of the Islamic Ummah in the face of this great level of betrayal and negligence, and to expose the continuous conspiracies of the colonialist disbelievers and their followers from amongst the agents and those who are traitors to Islam and the Muslims.
And they did not have anything against him, O Muslims, and arrested him, except because he was in a Hizb that carries Islam politically that stands as a preventative force before the attempts being made to dilute Islam and create a hybrid of it. This is just as it stands in opposition to the attempts to distort the Khilafah project by those seeking to do that; clashing with the thoughts of Kufr and misguidance with all its strength, and struggling against the rulers and the manmade systems in a political manner that is distinguished by its challenging approach and frank manner.
O Muslims:
How could it be that the regime’s security apparatus does not arrest the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir when Hizb ut Tahrir is working to apply the Shariah of Allah, whilst the regime in Jordan, at the same time, does not accept other than man-made law?
How could it not be so when Hizb ut Tahrir is working to unify the Muslim lands at a time when the regime in Jordan is working to consolidate its fragmentation and division, and sanctifies the borders?
How can it not be the case when Hizb ut Tahrir works to restore the Khilafah upon the path of the Prophethood and to finish with the Jewish entity, at the same time as the Jordanian regime throws itself in the embrace of the Jewish entity whilst working its hardest to preserve its existence?
How can it not be like that whilst Hizb ut Tahrir does not fear the blame of the blamers when seeking the pleasure of Allah and seeking to attain His victory? And it by Allah’s permission is very near.
قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّـهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ * لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ ۖ وَبِذَٰلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَا أَوَّلُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
“Say ‘Verily, my Salat (prayer), my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. He has no partner. And of this I have been commanded, and I am the first of the Muslims’” [Al-An’aam: 162].
