Last week, the international media and press published news of the tour by India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the G5 countries and the countries of Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan), where he discussed with the heads of these countries about the spread of the Islamic threat, and also about providing material support to them to fight it. The trip coincided with the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, (the days of emancipation from the fire). Knowing that the President of Kyrgyzstan had prior knowledge of the visit by Indian Prime Minister, hoping to extract from him large sums of money, where they prepared for him facts to prove the danger of the expansion of Islam and its threat, as well as reports on terrorism and radicals in the Republic.  We received information that on 17/6/2015 in the city of Karasu in the south of the city of Osh, that some members of the armed forces broke into and searched dozens of homes of Muslims, and on 24/6/2015 also in the city of Osh, a group in civilian clothes stormed shops that sell the headscarves of Muslim women, and took the mobile phones of seven people from the Muslims and led them to the security center. One of whom is the sister of one of our brothers and her name is Shamsher Beck Rosqoli, they confiscated her passport and did not give it back to her. On 2/7/2015, she was arrested by a police investigator pending investigation. On 3/7/2015 the Osh City Court by order of Judge Osman Beck, have signed a resolution to imprison her for a month. On 2/7/2015 the media and the press of the Interior Ministry building No. 10 of the city of Bishkek published a reported on carrying out a research and the fight against terrorism in general, from 21-28/6/2015 and on Muslim extremists and the emergence of terrorism in the city of Bishkek, at the same time they arrest the extremists who hold terrorist extremist ideology.

If we take into account the material poverty of the government of Kyrgyzstan, we therefore can understand the significance of their attempts to extract money from the Indian Prime Minister, the cow worshiper. Our spiritual vacuum and material poverty will be exploited by the countries of disbelief (Kufr) in their favour, in addition to the pleasure and joy which they get because of what we do in killing each other, and the pain and the wounds and the destruction of our Islamic morals by our hands, especially in this holy month of Ramadan.

Although they know that the establishment of the Khilafah in Kyrgyzstan is a very low probability but the work here and the results of this work means so much for the birth of the Khilafah. So they are scrambling to find a way to deal with this situation

The Hizb does not intend to reduce the value of its work in the region or turn a blind eye by comparison with other regions in which it operates. The party is working in Kyrgyzstan to restore the rule of Islam as in the tens of other areas in the surrounding regions.

The work in these countries and beyond its borders is regarded as a fortress of the Khilafah state; because firstly this country must be first protected from the Kuffar in the world, and secondly to create the conditions so that it can expand.

Therefore when the Khilafah is established the Khilafah it must be a great large country, so as not to be destroyed easily; therefore we have a big job to protect it from the Kufr countries.

Therefore, the Hizb officials are closely following every big and small aspect of the work of the party even in small countries; so that all the work carried out by a member of the party in his area no matter how small since it holds its importance and value.

Every Hizb member or supporter must know that any action they do in any region in the world is important for the establishment of the Khilafah, and carries a great reward from Allah (swt).

The fight against Islam and Muslims and weakening their power is only for the benefit of the Kuffar, but fighting of Muslims among themselves should not lead us to despair, we must not lose hope in the work that we do, which will weaken the Kuffar. And later Islam will knock on their doors and people will enter Islam in masses. Then the Kaffir will release his last breath, and stomp on all his principles, values and morals, and at the same time will not give up the fight against Islam.

Here, those who were helping the Kaffir against Islam from the Muslim rulers will be abandoned by them. And the greatness of the Almighty and Exalted Allah will manifest in His help of the Dawah carriers, and then the world will be divided into Islam and Kufr. But at the beginning of this, the Kaffir will put the Muslims in a state of despair and horror and blur their vision. All this in order to impede the return of Islam to life; Muslims who believe the Kaffir and the tricks he performs will assist him, particularly since Muslims are killing and burning each other in the current time, and they remain silent over what is happening. As mentioned previously, the Indian prime minister wants to poison the general situation in Kyrgyzstan; as he puts the bait in the financial aid, and makes it a tool for the implementation of the scheme to hit “Radical Islam” and Muslims.

Our words are proven by the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan who held a meeting on 30/6/2015 in which he commissioned the Ministry of Interior and National Security and General Intelligence to work to make sure and research all the Islamic organizations in the state. At this meeting the religious policy will be drawn. It was announced that the cost of this work will be up to 22.5 million som (currency Kyrgyzstan), as if it is the profit of the armed forces. This is what leads to the provocation of Muslims against the state and the system, and the destruction of the relationship between them.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Kyrgyzstan, say to the Kyrgyz government: we remind you to fear Allah, and to stop, in these blessed days of Ramadhan, causing damage to the Ummah, which brings suffering to them while they are fasting.

As the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«اتق دعوة المظلوم فإنه لا يوجد بينها وبين الله حجاب»
“Fear the Du’a of the oppressed, verily nothing comes (to obstruct it) between it and Allah”. (Narrated by Tirmidhi)
