Houthi Militias Evade Intellectual Confrontation to the Methods of Detentions and Forced Disappearances

The unjust Houthi militias still practice enforced disappearance of the detained Shabab of Hizb of Hizb ut Tahrir who were arrested on the Khawlaan road to Sana’a, and these Shabab are: Brother Engineer Shafeeq Khamees, Brother Abdullah Al-Qaadi, Member of the Hizb Media Office in Wilayah Yemen and his son Ali Abdullah Al-Qaadi, in addition to Brother Muhsin Al-Ja’dabiy and Brother Abdul Kareem Assda’ii. They were arrested on Friday, 29/05/2015 without fault or charge apart from the word of truth, which the Hizb and its Shabab proclaim, which upset the heads of the oppressors and exposed their crimes against their religion and their Ummah. The Houthi militias had transferred the detained Shabab of the Hizb from prison to prison and from one jailer to another all to exhaust the detained Shabab and their families who are prevented from visiting them, in addition to the dealing of these militias with them in arrogance, haughtiness, lies and procrastination. Some of the Shabab of the Hizb have gone to the security official who is nicknamed “Dhan Nun”, the one who is hiding the detained Shabab, and demanded their release but his response was that their case is serious!! Although one of the officials in the Houthis political bureau – who was present – replied to him that these are known people and they are a political party and do not represent any armed organizations. However, this security official refused to release the detained Shabab and also refused to sit with the Shabab of the Hizb to discuss the Hizb and its idea and method!! The contradiction, insolvency and desensitization make a person indifferent to the suffering of the people.

O Houthis! Know that no matter how much you hide the Shabab of the Hizb and you take them away into the cracks of the earth, they will arise, with the permission of Allah, the rise of truth over falsehood. And however your obstinacy and tyranny increased, there was among those who have been before you, stronger than you in power and cruelty, but their end was to loss and extinction. And how much the Hizb has been fought and its Shabab were arrested and tortured but their sincere and pure call for the resumption of the Islamic way of life by the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood has pervaded prospects and its roots stabilized in the depths.

We warn you, O Houthis, of Allah’s wrath and punishment for He is the Subjugator of the oppressors and the Helper of the oppressed and the Granter of succession and empowerment for His believing servants, and thence it will not benefit you your indulging in injustice and following the wrong-doers. So do not be helpers of the devils by averting people from the way of Allah and standing in the face of His Dawah carriers who work to uphold His call.

وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنقَلَبٍ يَنقَلِبُونَ
“And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned.” ]Ash-Shu’ara: 227[
